|a على الرغم من تعاظم التقنية الثقافية وزيادة الحاجة إلى أشكال حديثة من الاتصالات الإلكترونية، وتوافر الطموحات الشخصية لدى الباحثين عن المعرفة والمعلومات، فإن الخطر القادم يتشكل من خلال اتساع دائرة فقدان الوعي الذاتي ليحل محله وعي عالمي قادر على مسخ عقول البشر، وتهميش الثقافات الوطنية، وتغيير منظومة القيم الاجتماعية القادرة على إحداث التوازن بين الفرد ومجتمعه، وبين الذات والموضوع.\nولقد لعبت ثورة المعلومات والاتصالات أدواراً مؤثرة في ترسيخ ثقافة من نوع جديد في ظل عالم فضائي افتراضي تأسس على ثورة تكنولوجية فائقة السرعة، فهذا دور مؤسسات المعلومات والمهنيين من أجل تطوير مستقبل الثقافة المعلوماتية وتوجيهها طبقا لاهتمامات وخبرات المستفيدين.\nويثار التساؤل عن كيفية مساهمة مؤسسات المعلومات والمهنيين في إرساء مقومات مستقبل الثقافة المعلوماتية. وقد تتطرق الدراسة للموضوع من حيث سمات الثقافة المعلوماتية، وكيفية إدارة الثقافة المعلوماتية، كما تتناول الدراسة دور مؤسسات المعلومات والمهنيين في نقل المعرفة ومدى المساهمة في بناء مستقبل الثقافة المعلوماتية، وعرض المهارات المطلوبة في مهني المعلومات لإدارة الثقافة المعلوماتية في ظل مجتمع المعرفة بمصر.\nوتعتمد الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي من أجل توضيح مدى مساهمة مؤسسات المعلومات والمهنيين في نقل المعرفة والأدوار الجديدة لمهني المعلومات لإدارة الثقافة المعلوماتية في ظل مجتمع المعرفة بمصر.\n

|f Despite the growing cultural technology and the increasing need for modern forms of electronic communication, and the availability of personal ambitions among knowledge and information seekers, the coming danger is shaped by the expansion of the cycle of loss of self-awareness to be replaced by a global consciousness capable of neutralizing human minds, marginalizing national cultures and changing the system of social values capable of balancing the individual and his community, and between self and the subject.\nThe information and communication revolution has played an influential role in establishing a culture of a new kind in the context of a virtual space-based world founded on a high-speed technological revolution. This is the role of information institutions and professionals to develop the future of information culture and guide it according to the beneficiaries' interests and experiences. \nThe question arises as to how information institutions and professionals contribute to the future of information culture. The study may address the subject in terms of information culture features and how to manage the information culture. The study also discusses the role of information institutions and professionals in the transfer of knowledge and the extent to which they contribute to building the future of information culture and showcasing the skills required in information professionals to manage information culture under Egypt's knowledge society.\nThe study relies on a descriptive and analytical approach to illustrate the extent to which information institutions and professionals contribute to the transfer of knowledge and the new roles of information professionals to manage information culture under the knowledge society in Egypt.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021
