المستخلص: يهدف البحث إلى الوصول إلى تحقيق فهم أوسع وأوضح لمضامين انتقال منظمات الأعمال من منظور التعاون التقليدي إلى منظور معاصر في تفسير العلاقة بين المنظمات وهو منظور عملية التعاون التنافسي الإلكتروني عن طريق تقديم أطار مقترح لإدارة العملية تسهم في تفسير طريقة التفكير المنظم في توفير المضامين والمراحل والمتطلبات اللازمة لانتقال المنظمات من منظور التعاون التقليدي مرورا بالتعاون التنافسي ومن ثم التعاون الإلكتروني ووصولا إلى الاتجاهات المعاصرة لاستراتيجية التعاون التنافسي الإلكتروني. أسست المنطلقات الفكرية والفلسفية للبحث الحالي على منظور فلسفي جديد لتفسير أسلوب التفكير المنظم من جهة، ويحاكي مضامين التعاون بين المنظمات في إطار أنموذج إدارة العملية التعاونية، ومجسدا إمكانية اعتماد التطورات المستمرة والاستخدام المتنامي لتقانة المعلومات والاتصالات من جهة أخرى، بوصفها ركيزة أساسية لإعتماد تقانة التعاون الإلكتروني ضمن هيكل التعاون التنافسي، وبهذا تم اعتماد منهج خاص للبحث لمناقشة أبعاده جميعها، في ضوء أنموذج إدارة العملية (Process Management Model)، لتأطير مجمل أنماط التفاعل والتكامل بين المنظمات المشاركة في عملية التعاون وصولا إلى رؤية شاملة ومتكاملة لمضامين انموذج إدارة عملية التعاون التنافسي الإلكتروني، بذلك شكلت أربعة محاور رئيسة متكاملة الإطار العام الذي يدور حوله البحث الحالي وهي (عملية التعاون، عملية التعاون التنافسي، عملية التعاون الإلكتروني، عملية التعاون التنافسي الإلكتروني). وقد صيغ مخطط فرضي لأنموذج إدارة العملية يعكس العلاقات التوافقية والتأثير بين أبعاد البحث وهي (المدخلات للتعبير عن أسباب التعاون، والمعالجة لتفسير المتطلبات والإجراءات وممارسات عملية التعاون، وأخيرا المخرجات لوصف النتائج المتوقعة للمشاركين في العملية) وأكدت نتائجه دعما للإجابات عن تساؤلات البحث وإيجابية أهدافه وسريان مخططه. وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة استنتاجات من أهمها إمكانية تحقيق النتائج بفاعلية أكبر إنا ما تمت إدارة الأنشطة والموارد بوصفها عملية للتعبير عن إطار تبادلي وتفاعلي بين المشاركين في بناء القيمة والاستحواذ عليها، وفي ضوء استنتاجات البحث تم تقديم عدد من المقترحات أهمها ما يرتبط بضرورة اهتمام منظمات الأعمال على نحو أوسع وتركيزا أكبر بمضامين تكامل القدرات وإعادة تجميع الموارد وتوقيت هذه القرارات وفقا لمتطلبات التطور في الصناعة التي تعمل فيها منظمات الأعمال.

The research aims at reaching a wider and clear understanding of the implications of the transition of business organizations from the perspective of traditional cooperation to a modern perspective in interpreting the relationship between organizations. This is the perspective of the process of electronic cooperation by presenting a proposed framework for the management of the process which contributes to the interpretation of systematic thinking in providing the necessary contents, stages and requirements For the transition of organizations from the perspective of traditional cooperation through cooperation and thus electronic cooperation to the contemporary trends of the strategy of electronic cooperation. The conceptual and philosophic perspectives of the research have been based on a new philosophical perspective on the interpretation of organized thinking on the one hand, simulating the contents of cooperation among organizations within the collaborative process management model, and demonstrating the possibility of adopting continuous developments and the growing use of ICTs as a cornerstone for the adoption of e-collaboration technology Within the framework of the cooperation structure, a special approach to research was adopted to discuss all its dimensions, in light of the Process Management Model, to frame the overall patterns of interaction and integration among the participating organizations in the process of cooperation The main objective of the current research is the process of cooperation, the process of cooperation, the process of electronic collaboration, and the process of electronic cooperation. An outline of the management model of the process was designed to reflect the synergy and influence between the dimensions of the research (input to express the reasons for cooperation, processing to explain the requirements, procedures and practices of the cooperation process, and finally the outputs to describe the expected outcomes of the participants in the process) and confirmed its results in support of the answers to the research questions and positive objectives and The flow of the search diagram. The research reached a set of conclusions, the most important of which possibility of achieving results more effectively if managed activities and resources as a process to express an collaborative and interactive framework among the participants in building and acquiring the value. In light of the research conclusions, a number of proposals were presented, the most important the business organizations need for broader attention and greater focus on the contents of capacity integration and the reallocation of resources and the timing of such decisions in accordance with the evolving requirements of the industry in which they operate.
