حاجتنا إلى التوسع العمراني أوجبت علينا التواصل بيننا، فكان ومازال الإعلام المرئي (التلفزيون) وسيلة متفوقة، حتى في خضم موجة التقنيات وتسارعها فإن الخطاب التلفزيوني يأخذ دوره الفعال، ومن ذلك الخطاب الديني الذي يجب أن يكون له دور مهم في الحياة وممارساتها. وقد مضى وقت طويل والخطاب الديني التلفزيوني يأخذ النمط التقليدي في الأداء والمضمون، حتى أصبحنا أمام ضرورة التطوير لذلك الخطاب، لما يحمله من أهمية بالغة في إثبات الهوية الدينية والوطنية، والتي يسعى إليها عموم الناس في العالم. ومن خلال الدراسة الواقعية للخطاب الديني التلفزيوني نجد تراخيا شديدا في إعطائه الاهتمام الذي يليق به، فليس هناك اتحاد عربي للفضائيات يجمعها على طاولة التشاور، وليس هناك كادر إعلامي يساعد في تحقيق أهداف ذلك الخطاب، مع التأكيد على وجود معيقات أمام الخطاب الديني التلفزيوني، مما يعني أننا بحاجة إلى إعادة النظر في كثير من متعلقات الإعلام المرئي والوقوف على أسباب الضعف في الخطاب الديني، والتركيز أكثر على تأكيد الهوية من خلاله. وتعتبر الدراسات التى تناولت الخطاب الديني التلفزيوني ضعيفة لأنه هو ذاته ضعيف، ونأمل من مؤتمر: أن تثمر أوراقه في إثبات الهوية الدينية للخطاب الديني التلفزيوني كمحاولة جادة خصوصا من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية.
Our need for urbanization obliged us to communicate, (the visual media) television has been and continues to be a superior means of communication even within the rapid tech wave, the television speech takes its effective role, among that the religious speech which should have a significant role in daily life activities. It has been along time since the television religious speech took the traditional pattern in terms of performance and content, until the development of this speech become a necessity due to its extreme importance in proving the religious and national identity which is sought by people in all over the world. Throughout the realistic study of television religious speech, we find a serious complacency in giving it the appropriate attention, as there is insufficient media staff to help achieving the goals of that speech, stressing on the fact that there are obstacles facing the television religious speech which means that we need to reconsider many issues related to visual media and tackle the weakness reasons in the religious speech as well as to emphasize more on proving identity through it. Studies which have been handling the television religious speech are considered weak since the television religious speech is also weak in itself, we wish from the conference that it would result in proving the religious identity of the television religious speech as a serious trial especially through this research paper.
