المستخلص: التمثيل الترابي والممارسة الترابية للخدمات الاستشفائية في البلاد التونسية، مثال مركز الإصابات والحروق البليغة ببن عروس مركز الإصابات والحروق البليغة ببن عروس هو مستشفى جامعي تم بعثه سنة 2008 بالضاحية الجنوبية للمجموعة الحضرية لتونس. مكنت إقامته من استقبال أقسام كان يؤمنها مستشفى عزيزة عثمانة الذي صار النفاذ إليه صعبا بسبب موقعه داخل المدينة العتيقة. يعد مركز الإصابات والحروق البليغة الوحيد من نوعه في البلاد، توجه خدماته إلى كامل التراب الوطني ويندرج بعثه في نطاق تجسيد قرار سياسي يرمي إلى إدخال تغييرات ترابية لتلبية طلبات مختلفة وملحة للسكان ومواجهة صعوبات تشهدها المجموعة الحضرية لتونس التي أضحت تعيش امتدادا متسارعا. تهدف هذه المساهمة بالإضافة إلى تقديم الإطار الذي ساعد على بعت مركز الإصابات إلى إبراز تأثيراته الترابية من خلال إشعاعه وقوة استقطابه على صعيد البلاد ككل وكذلك من خلال الممارسات الترابية للمرضى الذين يرتادونه للعلاج.

The Ben Arous Bum and Trauma Centre is a specialized university hospital located in the southern suburbs of Tunis. Its creation, in 2008, permitted to relocate services previously provided by the hospital of Aziza Othmana whose site became impractical especially in terms of geographical accessibility. The CTGB is unique in the country and its services are oriented to the entire national territory. The decision of its creation embodies a material representation of the public authorities. This aims at a transformation of the territory permitting to respond to different demands and constraints in an important town characterized by a rapid densification and extension of its urban space. In addition to the presentation of the conditions, which led to the creation of the CTGB, the contribution aims to identify the territorial impact of this center through its influence and polarizing power in the country and on the patients who frequent it.

Le Centre de Traumatologie et des Grands Brûlés (C.T.G.B.) de Ben Arous est un hôpital universitaire spécialisé situé dans la banlieue sud de Tunis. Sa création, en 2008, a permis de déplacer des services jusque là assurés par l’hôpital de Aziza Othmana dont le site, appartenant au noyau ancien, est devenu contraignant au niveau de l’accessibilité géographique. Le CTGB est unique en son genre dans le pays et ses services sont orientés à l’ensemble du territoire national. La concrétisation de sa création incarne une représentation matérielle de la décision des autorités publiques visant une transformation du territoire pour répondre à différentes demandes et contraintes dans l’agglomération tunisoise qui connait un étalement spatial rapide. Cette contribution vise, en plus d’une présentation du cadre qui a présidé à la création du CTGB, à dégager l’impact territorial de ce Centre à travers aussi bien son rayonnement et son pouvoir polarisant dans le pays qu’à travers les pratiques territoriales des patients qui le fréquentent.
