هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحقيق الإبداع في المشروعات الريادية، وذلك من خلال دراسة ميدانية على منتجات المواد الغذائية في دولة الكويت، تكون مجتمع الدراسة من المشاريع الريادية العاملة في مجال الصناعات الغذائية، أما العينة فتكونت من (٢٦٥) مديرا يعملون في المشروعات الريادية. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج أبرزها: أن دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات (المدخلات، معالجة البيانات، المخرجات) في تحقيق الإبداع في المشروعات الريادية كانت بدرجة متوسطة. كذلك تبين أن دور تكنولوجيا المعلومات في تحقيق الإبداع بمؤشراته (الابتكار، المخاطرة، التفرد، المبادأة) في المشروعات الريادية كانت بدرجة متوسطة. وقدمت الدراسة عددا من التوصيات أهمها: العمل على توفير أجهزة الحاسوب والمعدات الملحقة به في المشاريع الريادية لمعالجة البيانات وإعداد التقارير، وتخزين البيانات والمعلومات، كونها تعتبر جزء أساسيا في إنجاز عمليات المشروع الخارجية والداخلية ولأهميتها في تحقيق الإبداع في المشروعات الريادية.
This study aimed at knowing the role of information Technology in Achieving innovation for the entrepreneurship organizations, this is through a field study on the food products in the state of Kuwait. Study population consisted of the operating entrepreneur projects in the food industry field, while the sample consisted of (265) managers working in the entrepreneur projects, the study reached a set of results, the were the following: 1. the role of information technology (inputs, data treatment, outputs) in achieving the innovation in the entrepreneur projects was at a medium degree, also seen that the role of information technology in achieving the innovation with its indicators (creativity), risking, individualism, invitation) in the entrepreneur projects was at a medium degree. Also, seen the presence of effect of information technology components on the entrepreneur innovation in the shadow in the shadow of years of experience and the scientific qualifications. The study has introduced a number of recommendations, the most important are: - the work to provide the computer sets and the attached equipments in the entrepreneurship to treat the data and preparing the reports, storing data and information since they consider the basic part in accomplishing the project's internal and external operations and because of its importance in achieving the innovation in the entrepreneur projects.
