|a تعتبر القيم مرتكزات أساسية تقوم عليها عملية التفاعل الاجتماعي، فهي تلعب دورا مهما في تحديد جوانب السلوك الإنساني للأفراد وتساعدهم في إدراك الأمور التي من حولهم، وبالتالي تشكل القيم البنية الفوقية للمجتمع لذلك كل تغيير في التركيب البنائي للمجتمع يعمل على تغير القيم لتواكب التركيب البنائي الجديد، وينشأ عن ذلك صراع قيمي بين القيم الجديدة والقيم السائدة بالمجتمع، الأمر الذي أدى إلى عدم استقرار القيم الموروثة والمكتسبة واصبح من الضروري تمسك الفرد بمنظومته القيمية خاصة في ظل التقدم العلمي والتقني الذي مس كل مكونات الحياة الإنسانية، مما أدى إلى ضرورة إعادة بنائها وتعزيزها وتمكينها لأنها تفتقد إلى الجانب التطبيقي العملي وكذا النظر في تشكيل الكثير من المعرفة والمفاهيم الحياتية لتحقيق أهدافها داخل المجتمع، ويتم ذلك بالاستناد إلى منظومة قيمية تمكن لهم التمسك بمبادئ ثابتة ومستقرة وتساعد المجتمع على مواجهة التغيرات الحاصلة.

They play an important role in defining aspects of human behavior for individuals and helping them realize the things around them. Therefore the values constitute the superstructure of society. Therefore, every change in society's structural composition works to change the values to keep pace with the new structural composition, resulting in a value conflict between the new values and the prevailing values of society. That is what led to instability of inherited and acquired values and became necessary to adhere to the individual's value system, especially in light of scientific and technical progress that touched all components of human life, which led to the need to rebuild, strengthen and empower it because it lacks the practical applied side as well as considering in shaping a lot of knowledge and life concepts to achieve their goals within society.
