المستخلص: إن الاهتمام بالجانب العقلي وتنمية العمليات والمهارات العقلية الخاصة بالتفكير المنظومي أصبح من المتطلبات الأساسية والهامة لمواجهة تحديات المستقبل ، وهو ضروري لازدهار أنواع أخري من التفكير كالتفكير الإبتكاري والتفكير الناقد واتخاذ القرار ، فاكتساب مهارات التفكير المنظومي ضرورة لازمة لمواجهة نواتج التفجر العلمي بكافة أشكاله ، فهذا النوع من التفكير يتسق تماماً مع طبيعة العصر الذي نعيشه والذي يتسم بالتعقيد والتداخل. أهداف البحث : يحاول هذا البحث الوصول إلى إنجاز الأهداف الرئيسة التالية : ١- التعرف على درجة وعي طلاب كلية التربية بمهارات التفكير المنظومي مرتبة تنازلياً ٢- التعرف على طبيعة الفروق بين الطلاب في درجة الوعي بمهارات التفكير المنظومي تبعا للتخصص الدراسي ( أقسام علمية - أدبية ) . ٣- التعرف على طبيعة العلاقات الارتباطية بين درجة الوعي بمهارات التفكير المنظومي والتحصيل الدراسي لدى الطلاب تبعا للتخصص الدراسي ( أقسام علمية – أدبية ) . ولإنجاز البحث الحالي قام الباحث بإعداد أداة للقياس في صورة قائمة المهارات التفكير المنظومي عبارة عن ثمان مهارات . عينة البحث : كانت العينة الاستطلاعية عددها (١٤٩) طالباً ، وكانت العينة الأساسية (٢٠٠) طالب ، (٦٥) طالباً من شعبة اللغة الإنجليزية ، (٥٤) طالباً ، من شعبة اللغة العربية ، ( ۲۸) طالباً من شعبة التاريخ ، (۲۷) طالباً من شعبة الرياضيات ، (٢٦) طالباً من شعبة العلوم وتتضمن كيمياء ، فيزياء ، وبيولوجي . فروض البحث أولاً : لا يوجد ترتيب محدد مسبق لمهارات التفكير المنظومي لدى طلاب العينة الكلية أو تبعاً للتخصص (علمي-أدبي ) . ثانياً : لا توجد فروق دالة إحصائياً بين الطلاب في مهارات التفكير المنظومي تبعاً للتخصص ( علمي – أدبي). ثالثاً : لا توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائياً بين مهارات التفكير المنظومي والتحصيل الدراسي. نتائج البحث أظهرت نتائج البحث أن ترتيب مهارات التفكير المنظومي لدى طلاب العينة الكلية جاءت مرتبة تنازلياً كالتالي : ١- فهم الطلاب للطبيعة الدائرية للنظام ، ۲ - القدرة على تحديد العلاقات الديناميكية داخل النظام ٣- القدرة على تحديد العلاقات بين المكونات ، ٤ - فهم البعد الخفي للنظام، ٥- القدرة على عمل تعميمات ، ٦ - التفكير في بعد الوقت ، القدرة على تنظيم مكونات النظام ووضعهم داخل إطار من العلاقات - القدرة على تحديد عمليات ومكونات النظام ، بينما اختلف ترتبيها بين الطلاب تبعاً للتخصص ، وجدت فروق دالة إحصائياً بين الشعب الأدبية في مهارات التفكير المنظومي و بين طلاب العلمي وطلاب الأدبي لصالح طلاب القسم العلمي ، وقد ظهر أن هناك ارتباطاً دالاً إحصائياً بين التحصيل وبين بعض المهارات.

The process of developing system thinking skills has become one of the main requirements of our modern age. This step will help us much in dealing with the challenges of the future. This is also necessary for promoting other forms of thinking, such as: creative thinking, critical thinking, as well as decision-making. The acquisition of system thinking skills is also essential for dealing with recent developments in the various fields of knowledge. This form of thinking also helps us much to deal with the complexity and intricateness of our contemporary life. II. Study-aims: The main aims of this paper are as follows : (a) Determining the students' rate of awareness in relation to system thinking skills, and this is to be arranged in a descending manner. (b) Examining the differences between Literary Departments students and Scientific Departments students in relation to the rate of awareness for system. (C) Investigating the correlation between Literary Departments students' and Scientific Departments students' rate of awareness for system thinking skills and its relation with academic achievement. The researcher has also prepared a system thinking skills list to be used as a measurement tool. This list focuses on eight different skills related to system thinking. III. Study-sample: This paper has a pilot sample of (a hundred and forty-nine students) and a main sample of (two hundred students ). The components of main sample are as follows: sixty-five English Department students, fifty-four Arabic Department students, twenty-eight History Department students, twenty-seven Mathematics Department students, and twenty-six (Chemistry - Physics - Biology Departments) students. IV. Study-hypotheses: (a) Firstly, the study-sample students (Scientific or Literary Departments) have no previous arrangement of the system thinking skills. (b) Secondly, there are no statistically significant differences between Scientific Departments students and Literary Departments students in relation to system thinking skills. (c) Thirty, there are no statistically significant differences between system thinking skills and academic achievement.. V. Study-results: The main results of this research have shown system thinking skills are to be arranged in a descending manner as follows: 1-Students' understanding of the cyclic nature of the system. 2-The ability to identify dynamic relationships within the system. 3-The ability to identify relationships among components. 4-Understanding of the hidden dimension of the system. 5-The ability to make generalizations. 6-Thinking in a time dimension. 7-The ability to organize components and place them within a framework of relationships. 8- The ability to identify the components and processes of the system. Other result of this paper include that there are some statistically significant differences between Scientific Departments students and Literary Departments students in relation to system thinking skills. This is in favor of the Scientific Departments students. This study also concludes that there is a statistically significant correlation between some system thinking skills and academic achievement.
