|a أكدت نتائج العديد من الدراسات النفسية والتربوية على أن المعلم من أهم المثيرات التي تعمل على إيجاد مناخ فعال وفاعل للتعلم داخل بيئة الصف الدراسي لتعزيز قدرات الطلاب الإبداعية، وجعلهم يعملون بشكل مستقل وتكوين اتجاهات إيجابية نحو الأشياء بالتحرك نحوها محاولين استكشافها ومعرفة المزيد عنها، وأن يكون لديهم القدرة على إنتاج استجابات جديدة وغير تقليدية. لذا كان من الضروري التعرف على بعض أنماط السلوك الابتكاري للمعلم الجامعي كما يدركها طلاب جامعة السلطان قابوس في تخصصات مختلفة وبيان ما إذا كانت هناك فروق في هذه الأنماط تعزى إلى النوع والتخصص والمعدل التراكمي. وقد تكونت عينة الدراسة من ١٢٤ طالب وطالبة يمثلون الذكور والإناث والعلمي والأدبي. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم إعداد مقياس يهدف إلى قياس أنماط السلوك الابتكاري للمعلم الجامعي. واستخدمت الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة لمعالجة البيانات. وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسط درجات الطلاب في إدراكهم لأنماط السلوك الابتكاري للمعلم تعزى إلى النوع (ذكور-إناث) ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسط درجات الطلاب في إدراكهم لأنماط السلوك الابتكاري للمعلم تعزى إلى التخصص والمعدل التراكمي عدا بعد أسلوب التعلم الدافعي كبعد من أبعاد السلوك الابتكاري المدروس.

|b Findings of various psychological and educational studies emphasized that teacher is one of the most important stimuli that work on creating an effective and efficient atmosphere for learning inside the classroom environment, in order to foster the creative abilities of students and make them work independently, create positive attitudes towards objects by moving toward them; frying to explore them and increase their knowledge related to them and to have the ability to produce novel and untraditional responses. Therefore, it was of critical importance to investigate some patterns of university lecturer as perceived by' the Students of Sultan Qaboos University in different specializations and explore whether there are differences in those patterns due to gender, specialization and accumulative average. Sample of the study consisted of 124 students representing both males and females enrolling in science, and arts departments. In order to achieve the goal of present study a scale was designed for the purpose of measuring the university lecturer's' creative behavior. Appropriate statistical techniques were utilized to analyze data. Findings of the study revealed that there were statistically significant differences between the mean scores of students in their perception of- the creative behavior of the' university lecturer that can be attributed to gender (male-female). Statistically significant differences were found between the mean scores of students in their perception of the patterns of creative behavior of the lecturer attributed to specialization and the accumulative average except for the motivational learning style as a dimension of the creative behavior components.
