|a هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى خفض السلوك العدواني والحد من قلق المستقبل وتحسين التوافق النفسي لذوي الإعاقة البصرية باستخدام برنامج إرشادي قائم على العلاج العقلاني الانفعالي السلوكي، وبلغ حجم العينة (60) طالبا، تم تقسيمهم إلى مجموعتين (30 طالبا مجموعة ضابطة، و30 طالبا مجموعة تجريبية) من طلاب مدارس النور الثانوية للمكفوفين بمحافظة أسيوط، وتتراوح أعمارهم ما بين (15.5- 19) عاما، بمتوسط عمري (17.2) عاما، وانحراف معياري (1.4)، وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في مقياس الأفكار اللاعقلانية، مقياس السلوك العدواني، مقياس قلق المستقبل، مقياس التوافق النفسي، والبرنامج الإرشادي (من إعداد الباحث)، مقياس المستوى الاجتماعي الاقتصادي الثقافي إعداد (عبد العزيز السيد الشخص، 2013)، مقياس ستانفورد - بينيه للذكاء الصورة الخامسة تعريب وتقنين (صفوت فرج، 2011) وتعديل (أمنية خيري فرج، 2015) على المكفوفين وتقنين الباحث الحالي على عينة الدراسة الحالية، وتمت معالجة البيانات إحصائيا من خلال البرنامج الإحصائي (SPSS)، وأوضحت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة في السلوك العدواني، وقلق المستقبل، والتوافق النفسي لذوي الإعاقة البصرية لصالح المجموعة التجريبية بعد تطبيق البرنامج، كما أوضحت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطي درجات القياسين البعدي والتتبعي في السلوك العدواني وقلق المستقبل والتوافق النفسي لذوي الإعاقة البصرية، وهذا يدل على فاعلية البرنامج الإرشادي في خفض السلوك العدواني وخفض قلق المستقبل وتحسين التوافق النفسي لدى المجموعة التجريبية، ويلاحظ ذلك من خلال المتوسط المنخفض للمجموعة التجريبية في مقياسي السلوك العدواني وقلق المستقبل عن المجموعة الضابطة، وأن الدرجة المنخفضة تعبر عن انخفاض السلوك العدواني وقلق المستقبل، وهذا يدل على فاعلية البرنامج في خفض كل من السلوك العدواني وقلق المستقبل، وعلى النقيض وجد تحسن في التوافق النفسي، ويلاحظ ذلك من خلال ارتفاع متوسط درجات المجموعة التجريبية عن متوسط درجات المجموعة الضابطة؛ وهذا يدل أيضا على فاعلية البرنامج الإرشادي.

|b The current study sought to reduce the aggressive behaviors and the future anxiety as well as improvement of the psychological adjustment in the visually disabled using a counseling program based upon the rational, emotional and behavioral therapy, the sample community was comprised of (60) male students divided into two groups, where each group was comprised of (30) male students in an experimental group and a control group of Al-Nour Secondary Schools for the Blind in Assiut governorate. The same community members' ages ranges between 15.5 years and 19 years with an age average amounting to 17.2 years and a standard deviation amounting to 1.4. The study instruments were as follows: the irrational thought scale, the aggressive behavior scale, the future anxiety scale, the psychological adjustment scale, in addition to the counseling program which was prepared by the researcher, the cultural, economic and social level scale (prepared by Abd AlAziz Al-Shakhs, 2013), Standford Binet Intelligence Scale, Fifth Edition (standardized and Arabized by Safwat Farag, 2011 and modified by Omina Khiry Farag, 2010) to be administered to the blind category. The data was processed using SPSS. The study findings concluded that there were statistically significant differences between mean scores of the experiemental group and the control groups in the aggressive behavior, the future anxiety and the psychological adjustment in the blind in favor of the experimental group after the experimentation. In addition, the study findings came to that there were statistically significant differences between the means scores of the post measurement and the following up measurements in the aggressive behavior, the future anxiety and the social adjustment in the visually disabled. This refers to effectiveness of the program in reducing the aggressive behavior, the future anxiety and improving the psychological adjustment in the experimental group.
