المستخلص: The importance of the stock market is not in dispute, but the questions are whether the stock market is fair? And if it is unfair, what is the treatment? Thisresearch will revolve around the answer to these two questions, with an Islamic economic vision, through six sections, the first deals with the basics of the stock market, the second, the third and the fourth, deal with types of securities traded in the market, which are equities, bonds and Islamicsukuk, respectively. The fifth deals with the most unjust practices in the stock market and its relation to supply and demand, the sixth presents an Islamic economic vision for Achieving justice in the stock market.
