In this research, we aim to question Elias Khoury's novel “The Complex of Secrets,” given its textual signs that are closely linked to silence, and to refer it to different fields and formats. This artistic action in the novel is attended extensively, testifying to the fact that it is one of the sources of the text and one of the tributaries of its formation, especially since the use of silence in the text is a product of most events, contributing to the progress of the story stages, capable of influencing the recipient and thereby fulfilling the principle of suspense in the relationship of the text with the reader. Accordingly, we will try to extract the most important text signs supporting silence in the text body, and their contribution to the formation of the features of the text of the thresholds, the engineering of the stories, and the establishment of the threads of speech because this represents one of the facets of the structural act, and basically one of the technical foundations of the texts. In addition to that, we will try to highlight the role of silence in communicating meaning and establishing significance by extrapolating the internal text components, tracking the artistic components that have been used to weave the threads of stories, especially since the text emblems associated with silence can generate maps of meaning, create functional narrative paths and tighten the recipient. Since this study is based on the text, and its basis is the consideration of the silence and narrative composition of Elias Khoury's novel “The Complex of Secrets,” the main purpose is to establish silence as an essential feature of the narrative discourse and a statement from the narrative text. This abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018 نروم في هذا البحث مساءلة رواية إلياس خوري «مجمع الأسرار»، نظرا إلى ما حوته من علامات نصية مرتبطة بالصمت ارتباطا وثيقا، وإحالتها على مجالات مختلفة، وأنساق متعددة. فيحضر هذا الإجراء الفني في الرواية حضورا مكثفا يشهد عل أنه مصدر من مصادر النص ورافد من روافد تشكيله، خصوصا أن توظيف الصمت في النص منتج لجل الأحداث، مسهم في تقدم أطوار الحكاية، قادر عل التأثير في المتلقي. وهو ما يحقق مبدأ التشويق في علاقة النص بالقارئ. وبسبب من ذلك، فإننا سنحاول استخلاص أهم الأمارات النصية الداعمة للصمت في طوايا المتن، ومساهمتها في تشكيل معالم نص العتبات، وهندسة طوايا الحكاية، وتأسيس خيوط الخطاب، لأن ذلك يمثل وجها من وجوه الفعل الإنشائي، وأساسا من أسس فنية النصوص، بالإضافة إلى أننا سنحاول إبراز دور الصمت في إبلاغ المعنى وتأسيس الدلالة. وذلك من خلال استقراء مكونات النص الداخلية، وتتبع المقومات الفنية التي وظفت لنسج خيوط القص، خصوصا أن الأمارات النصية المرتبطة بالصمت قادرة عل توليد خرائط المعنى، وخلق المسارات السردية الدالة وشد المتلقي. ولما كانت هذه المقاربة منطلقها النص، وأساسها النظر في الصمت والتشكيل الروائي في رواية إلياس خوري «مجمع الأسرار»، فإن الغرض الأساسي يكمن في تأصيل الصمت سمة أساسية من سمات الخطاب الروائي ومقولة من مقولات النص السردي. |
