المستخلص: The objective of this research was to evaluate the factors influencing SMEs performance when engaging in strategic alliance with MNCs from the perspective of Bahraini SMEs that have alliance with MNCs. Due to this purpose, four research dimensions were identified to evaluate the impact of strategic alliance between SMEs and MNCs on their performance. The research dimensions are market share, financial, competitiveness, and performance. A questionnaire was prepared and distributed to 400 Bahraini SMEs who have alliances with MNCs. Data collected from 350 respondents, this was the sample of this research. Data gathered through the questionnaire was analyzed using SPSS software and Microsoft Excel. The research found that there is correlation between study dimensions and performance of SMEs engaging in alliances with MNCs. Based on the results this research, several recommendations were given for SMEs in Bahrain and for future researches.
