|a الانتظار مفردة من معجم الزمن، وملمح من ملامح الإحساس به في القصيدة، وهو موقف حاد الشعرية، عميق الدلالة، تتضاعف قيمته حين يكون انتظاراً خائبا، مفرغا من فاعليته، لا يثمر عن انفراج، ولا ينبئ عن نيل المنى والمراد، وهو ما يعبر عنه عنوان الدراسة (بانتظار ما لا يجيء). وقد شكلت هذه الثيمة في الانتظار موضوعاً طريفاً في القصيدة الحديثة لدى شعراء الحداثة على وجه الخصوص، وكشفت عن حس شعوري مُثقل باليأس والإحباط، والرغبة في التغيير، والانعتاق من الخضوع، ونشدان الحرية، والخلاص من هيمنة الواقع وهزائمه إلى عالم مثالي مملوء صفاء وعدالة اجتماعية، بالإضافة إلى توقد العاطفة، وتوهجها في القصائد ذات البعد العاطفي التي تتمحور حول الحب، والحنين للغائبين، والعواطف غير المشبعة. أما وصف ما ينتظر بأنه: "لا يجيء" فهو وصف منبثق من التجربة الشعورية التي يعيشها الإنسان في لحظات الانتظار، والجملة تعبر عن يأس وإحباط وزمن مفتوح ينتهي بالمجيء الذي لا يعرف متى يحين. وقد تأملت هذه الظاهرة التي لم تدرس من قبل، وعزمت على مقاربتها للكشف عن دلالات، وأفكار، ومشاعر، تتصل بقصيدة مضمونها (انتظار شيء ما لا يجيء)، وبنيت هذا البحث من مدخل، ومبحثين، الأول منه: يعني بدراسة انتظار المخلص، والثاني منه: يدرس التجربة الشعورية في لحظات الانتظار.

|b ‘Waiting’ is an expression in the lexicon of time, which is poetically incisive and deep in significance. The value of waiting increases when it is done in vain, rendered ineffective, fails to bring relief or comfort, and does not predict the obtainment of wishes and desires. This is expressed in the title of the study, “Waiting for What Does Not Come.” The concept of ‘waiting’ has become a fascinating subject in modern poetry. It reflects a sense of despair and frustration, the desire for change, liberation from submissiveness, seeking freedom and deliverance from the world and its defeats, and yearning for a perfect world of social justice and purity. ‘Waiting’ also sparks passion in poems that contain an emotional dimension, centered on love, nostalgia for the absent, and a thirst for emotions. The description of what is expected to be as “not coming” is a description derived from the experience of the feelings that a person lives in waiting moments. The statement expresses despair and frustration and refers to a period of time that ends with a coming, of which we do not know when to be. The researcher explores this phenomenon, which has not been studied before, and aims to reveal the signs, thoughts, and feelings related to a poem whose content concerns the idea of waiting for something that does not come. The paper includes an introduction and two sections; the first section studies ‘waiting for the savior’ and the second studies the emotional experience that arises during waiting times.
