المستخلص: يسعى الباحث من خلاله إلى التوصل إلى إبراز تلك القضية عند الشيخ محمد الطاهر بن عاشور، وتحديد موقفه منها، لما له من أهمية في ميدان الدراسة العقدية والفكرية؛ ولكون تلك القضية من القضايا الحية؛ ولأنها تمثل موقفا لعالم من قلائل من جمعوا إلى العلم الشرعي - الموسوعية الشاملة، والبصيرة في قضايا الفكر.
وقضية التسامح قضية عقدية فكرية تدور حول التعامل مع المخالفين في الدين، وقد نشأت في أوربا على أنقاض الحروب الدينية، ثم تحولت إلى مبدأ يقوم على أسس، ثم مرت بأطوار مختلفة.
1- عنوان هذا البحث: (قضية التسامح مع المخالفين في الدين عند الشيخ محمد الطاهر بن عاشور - دراسة وتحليل).
وهذا البحث يهدف إلى إبراز تلك القضية عنده، وتحديد موقفه منها.
2- لهذا البحث أهمية في ميدان الدراسة العقدية والفكرية؛ لكون تلك القضية من القضايا الحية؛ ولأنها تمثل موقفا لعالم من قلائل من جمعوا إلى العلم الشرعي - الموسوعية الشاملة، والبصيرة في قضايا الفكر.
3- اشتمل هذا البحث على مقدمة: تضمنت أهداف البحث، وأهميته، وخطته، وتمهيد: عرف من خلاله بابن عاشور، ومدخل حول نشأة قضية التسامح، وثلاثة مباحث: أولها: دار حول مفهوم التسامح عند ابن عاشور، والثاني: أهمية التسامح وأسبابه ومظاهره عنده، والثالث: بيانه لأسس التسامح في الإسلام، وتطبيقاته عند المسلمين.
4- ابن عاشور عالم، تونسي، مفسر، فقيه، أصولي، مقاصدي، لغوي، له مؤلفات في علوم شتى، وقد ولد سنة 1296هـ، وتوفي سنة 1394هـ.
5- قضية التسامح قضية عقدية فكرية تدور حول التعامل مع المخالفين في الدين، وقد نشأت في أوربا على أنقاض الحروب الدينية، ثم تحولت إلى مبدا يقوم على أسس، ثم مرت بأطوار مختلفة.
6- التسامح عند ابن عاشور يعني إبداء السماحة القوية، ويطلق على سماحة خاصة، وهي إبداء السماحة للمخالفين في الدين.
7- يرجع أسباب التسامح إلى إصلاح التفكير، ومكارم الأخلاق.
ويرجع مظاهره إلى مظهر ديني: ينشأ في المعاملات التي تعرض عند الانفعالات الناشئة عن المخالفات في الدين.
ودنيوي: ينشأ عن المعاملات الدنيوية التي تعرض بين فريقين مختلفين متحاورين في مكان.
8- يقرر ابن عاشور أن الإسلام أسس للتسامح أسسا راسخة، وعقد له مواثق متينة تبين واجب المسلمين مع بعض، وتقرر حسن المعاملة لغيرهم من أهل الملل الأخرى.
9- قرر أن تسامح المسلمين لا يقارن بغيرهم مع ما يلقاه المسلمون من صلابة في التعامل مع غيرهم.
10- اشتمل البحث على خاتمة تضمنت خلاصة لأهم ما تضمنه البحث من نتائج.
11- ختم البحث بذكر بعض التوصيات العلمية المستحقة للدراسة العقدية عند ابن عاشور.


The researcher seeks to highlight this issue in the perspective of Sheikh Mohammed al-Taher bin Ashour, determine his position on it, given his importance in the field of ideological and intellectual studies and given the fact that it is a living issue and because it represents the position of a scholar who is of unique stature in Islamic sciences, comprehensive encyclopedia and has insight into the issues of thought.
The issue of tolerance is an ideological and intellectual issue that revolves around dealing with violators of religion. It originated in Europe in the ruins of religious wars. The transformed into a principle that is based on foundations and went through many stages.
1- The title of this research is: “The issue of tolerance for those who violate religion by Shaykh Muhammad al-Tahir ibn Ashour — Study and Analysis.” This research aims to highlight the issue and determine his position on it.
2. This research is of importance in the field of ideological and intellectual studies because this issue is one of the living issues and represents the position of a scholar who is of unique stature in Islamic sciences, comprehensive encyclopedia and has insight into the issues of thought
3. This research includes an introduction: that consisted of objectives of the research, its importance, its plan, and a preface that consisted of the life of Ibn Ashor and an introduction to the emergence of the issue of tolerance. The research also included three chapters: the first is a study on the concept of tolerance by Ibn Ashour, the second is the importance of tolerance, its causes and manifestations, and the third is his statement of the foundations of tolerance in Islam. and its applications to Muslims.
4- Ibn Ashour, is a Tunisian scholar, interpreter, jurist, scholar of the principles of Fiqh, linguist, and has publications in various sciences. He was born in 1296 AH and died in 1394 AH.
5- The issue of tolerance is an ideological and intellectual issue that revolves around dealing with violators of religion. It originated in Europe in the ruins of religious wars, then turned into a principle that is based on foundations, and then went through different stages.
6 — Tolerance to Ibn Ashour means giving strong forgiveness, and it is called special forgiveness, which is to give forgiveness to those who violate religion.
7. The reasons for tolerance are the reform in the thinking and the decency of morals.
Its manifestation is religious: it arises in dealings that are displayed when emotions arise from violations in religion.
Earthly: It arises from the earthly dealings that are presented between two different interacting teams in place.
8. Ibn Ashour believes that Islam laid strong foundations for tolerance, and made rules which explain that muslims must show tolerance with each other and practice good treatment with people from other faiths.
9- He established that the tolerance of Muslims should not be compared with others and the hardness that Muslims face in dealings with others.
10. The research included a conclusion containing a summary of the main findings contained in the research.
11- The research concluded with the mentioning of some of the scientific recommendations that should be studied from the perspective of Ibn Ashour.
