المستخلص: Research in the field of humanities and social sciences is one of the topics that requires us to elaborate on its principles, conditions, standards, and ethics, because of its importance in raising the level of scientific research, rationalizing and directing its path towards quality and standard, especially after the issue of scientific theft has become a threat to the fate of original scientific research. Therefore, this research paper came to study the reality of scientific research in light of the conflict between honesty and scientific theft, to contribute to providing meaningful proposals and recommendations. يعد البحث في ميدان العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية من الموضوعات التي تحتاج منا إفاضة واسعة حول الحديث عن مبادئها، وشروطها، ومعاييرها، وأخلاقياتها، لما لها من أهمية في الارتقاء بمستوى البحث العلمي، وترشيد وتوجيه مساره نحو الجودة والنوعية، خصوصا بعدما بات موضوع السرقات العلمية خطراً يهدد مصير البحث العلمي الأصيل. لهذا فقد جاءت هذه الورقة البحثية لتدرس واقع البحث العلمي في ظل الصراع بين الأمانة والسرقة العلمية، لتساهم في تقديم مقترحات وتوصيات هادفة.

La recherche dans le domaine des science humaines et sociales est l’un des sujets nécessitant un débat approfondi sur ses principes, condition, critères et éthiques puisqu’elle a une grande importance pour l’ascensn de la recherche scientifique et la rationaliser ainsi de l’orienter vers la meilleur qualité notamment après que le vol scientifique est devenu un danger qui menace l’originalité de la recherche scientifique, Sur_ce, cet exposé aura comme thème d’étudier la réalité et le vécu de la recherche scientifique au sein d’un conflit entre l’honnèteté et le vol scientifique et participer à présenter des suggestion et des recommandation bénéfique.
