المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة حقيقة ما يجري على أرض الواقع أثناء أجراء عملية اختيار اللاعبين على مستوى الأندية الجزائرية في كرة القدم من حيث الطرق المستخدمة ومدى ملائمتها مع متطلبات كرة القدم الحديثة التي ترتكز على معطيات علمية وبرامج مسطرة خاصة بذلك بعيدا عن العشوائية والذاتية والملاحظة فقط. التراجع الرهيب لنتائج المنتخبات الشبانية الوطنية وللأندية في المحافل الدولية والقارية يعكس الخلل الموجود في منظومة الكرة الجزائرية وخاصة في عملية التكوين، وانطلاقا من هذا نسعى من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى كشف حقيقة هذه العملية من حيث الطريقة والكيفية مقارنة بما هو معمول به في الدول المتقدمة كرويا كاستخدام بعض المحددات المورفو وظيفية لاختيار أفضل اللاعبين حسب خطوط اللعب في كرة القدم تحت 18 سنة، حيث استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي بطريقة المسح في استجواب مدربي الفئات الصغرى لأندية الغرب الجزائري كعينة للبحث، وأسفرت النتائج إلى أن غالبيتهم يعتمدون على طريقة الاختيار بالملاحظة فقط بعيدا عن الأسلوب العلمي كالقياسات والاختبارات، ومنه يوصي الباحث ضرورة تدعيم عماية الاختيار بالملاحظة باستخدام القياسات المورفولوجية والاختبارات الوظيفية العلمية كدعامة لاختيار اللاعبين حسب متطلبات خطوط اللعب لهذه الفئة العمرية لاختيار أفضل المواهب التي تخدم وتنفع كرة القدم الجزائرية مستقبلا.

The objective of this study is to highlight what really happens during the selection of Algerian U-18 players at the club level, and thus to focus on the methods used here in relation to Requirements of modern football that rely exclusively on special programs and scientific data that are more effective than random intuitions. The questionable results of the young national teams and the clubs during the major competitions or on the continental scene demonstrate a defect in the Algerian football organization and more specifically in the training process. In conducting this study, we would like to demonstrate the importance of this stage, which remains neglected here but is applied at the U18 level in the more advanced countries in this sport, a step that includes the use of morph functional determinants for selection Of the best elements according to the game compartments. We carried out a descriptive study by distributing questionnaires to a few coaches of the young categories in western Algeria as a sample and the results tend to show that most of them rely on their intuition to make their choice, Use various scientific methods such as measurements, tests and debriefings of matches. The results of This study actively advocate strengthening our U 18 selection method with observations, the use of morphological measurements and other functional tests to be used to select players according to the requirements of the game plans and So choose the most talented who will bring a plus to the Algerian football of tomorrow.

L’objectif de cette étude est de mettre en évidence ce qui se passe réellement lors de la sélection des joueurs algériens U 18 au niveau des clubs, et ainsi, mettre l’accent sur les méthodes utilisées ici par rapport aux exigences du football moderne qui reposent exclusivement sur des programmes spéciaux et des données scientifiques qui sont plus efficace que les intuitions aléatoires. Les résultats discutables des jeunes équipes nationales et des clubs lors des grandes compétitions ou sur la scène continentale démontrent une défectuosité dans l’organisme du football algérien et plus précisément au niveau du processus de formation. En menant cette étude, nous tenons à démontrer l’importance de cette étape qui reste négligée ici mais qui est appliquée au niveau U18 dans les pays plus avancés dans ce sport, une étape qui inclue le recours à des déterminent morpho-fonctionnel pour la sélection des meilleurs éléments selon les compartiments de jeu. Nous avons mené une étude descriptive en distribuant des questionnaires à quelques entraineur des jeunes catégories de l’ouest algérien comme échantillon et les résultats tendent à démontrer que la plus part d’entre eux se reposent sur leur intuition pour faire leur choix, et cela sans avoir recours aux différentes méthodes scientifiques tel que les mesures et les tests. Les résultats de cette étude préconisent activement de renforcer notre méthode de sélection de la catégorie U 18 avec des observations, l’utilisation des mesures morphologique et autres tests fonctionnel sur lesquels il faut se baser pour sélectionner des joueurs selon les exigences des plans de jeu et ainsi choisir les plus doués qui apporteront un plus au football algérien de demain.
