إن الصلح بين المتخاصمين عموما، وفي الأموال خصوصا، أمر شرعي، ومطلب اجتماعي، ينبغي أن يسعى إليه المصلحون في المجتمع المسلم؛ حتى يستقيم المجتمع؛ حتى لا تنشأ فيه البغضاء والشحناء بسبب أكل أموال الناس بعضهم بعضا؛ وبخاصة في زمان كثر فيه أكل أموال الناس بالباطل بل التحايل والاحتيال؛ لذلك كانت أهمية هذا البحث الذي هو: [الصلح بين المتخاصمين في الأموال دراسة فقهية مقارنة]، وذلك إسهاما مني في حل مشكلة طلت برأسها في المجتمع المسلم، وحرصا مني على أن يكون المجتمع خاليا من المشاكل الاجتماعية عموما، وفي الأموال على سبيل الخصوص، وعملي هذا ابتغاء مرضاة الله، فإن وفقت فيه فبفضل الله وعونه، فلله الحمد والمنة، وإن كانت الأخرى، فما إليها سعيت، ولا فيها رغبت، وصلاة على المرسلين، والحمد لله رب العالمين.
