|a يهدف هذا البحث إل توضيح مفهوم التكافل الاجتماعي في الإسلام، وبيان أنواعه، والوسائل التي شرعها الإسلام لتحقيقه، وتوضيح دور الدولة ومسئوليتها في تحقيقه. وتم تقسيم البحث إل مقدمة وثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة، وتضمنت المقدمة أهداف البحث، وأهميته، والمنهجية المتبعة فيه، وجاء المبحث الأول تحت عنوان مفهوم التكافل الاجتماعي في الإسلام. وتضمن بيان مفهوم التكافل الاجتماعي في الإسلام ونطاقه وأنواعه. وجاء المبحث الثاني تحت عنوان وسائل تحقيق التكافل الاجتماعي في الإسلام، وتضمن بيان الوسائل الإلزامية والوسائل الطوعية التي شرعها الإسلام لتحقيق التكافل الاجتماعي. وجاء المبحث الثالث تحت عنوان مسئولية الدولة في تحقيق مبدأ التكافل الاجتماعي، وتضمن بيان الدور الذي ينبغي أن تقوم به الدولة لأجل تحقيق التكافل الاجتماعي. وتضمنت الخاتمة أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث وأهم التوصيات، وتم تذييل البحث بقائمة مصادر البحث ومراجعه.

|b The research aims to clarify the concept of social solidarity in Islam and its types, the legislative means that Islam has provided to achieve and clarifying the role and responsibility of the state in achieving it. The research is divided into introduction, three sections and a conclusion. The introduction includes the objectives of the research, its importance and the methodology. In the first section, we present the concept of social solidarity in Islam and its scope and types. The second section includes the means of achieving social solidarity in Islam, and it also covers a statement of the mandatory means initiated by Islam to achieve social solidarity and voluntary means. The third section is devoted to present the state responsibility in achieving the discipline of social solidarity. In the conclusion, the researcher presents the most important findings and recommendations. Then, the research was ended with the appendix of the list of the most important sources and references of the research.
