تهدف الدراسة إلى: التعرف على دور الأنشطة الطلابية الصفية واللاصفية على المستوى التحصيلي والدافعية لدى المتعلم في المشاركة الصفية أو خارج الصف. مجتمع الدراسة وعينتها: يتكون مجتمع الدراسة من مدرستين - مدرسة الملك سعود.– مدرسة الملك عبد العزيز. خلال العام 1440هـ والبالغ عددهم (515) طالبا و(70) معلم، قام الباحث بتوزيع الاستبانة على عينة عشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة بلغت (400) مشرفا وقائدا وقائدة بنسبة (77.66%) من مجتمع الدراسة. النتائج والتوصيات والمقترحات: أولا (النتائج) - على مستوى واقع البيئة المادية: بلغ متوسط متوسطات مستويي الجيد والمتوسط حسب الاستبيانات. - وأما من حيث الأنشطة الصفية واللاصفية انخفاض مستوى الأنشطة داخل الحجرة الصفية وكذلك خارج الصف وذلك لعدة أسباب تم ذكرها داخل البحث، وأما عن عزوف المتعلم عن المشاركة الصفية فيعد من الأسباب الأساسية التي توصل إليها البحث هو عدم وجود مقومات مادية أو معنوية تزيد من دافعية المتعلم نحو التعلم والمشاركة الفعالة داخل الصف. وأخيرا، خلص البحث إلى حزمة من المقترحات والتوصيات بشأن إعادة النظر في البيئة التعليمية لتكون منسجمة مع تطور السياسة التربوية في مصر وكذلك لتفعيل دور المتعلم في العملية التعليمية وكما حث البحث على الاهتمام بالأنشطة ومراعاة نفسية وتعزيز المتعلم لزيادة الدافعية عند المتعلم نحو العملية التعليمية. ثانيا (التوصيات والمقترحات) 1- عد الأنشطة التربوية جزء من المنهاج من حيث حصتها من الزمن المخصص لها وأهميتها في التقويم النهائي للطلاب، وتوفير مصادر تعلم متنوعة وإفساح المجال للطلاب والمدرسين لممارسة أنشطة في الصف وخارجه، ليسهموا في صيانة موارد مدارسهم وتزيينها وترتيب وسائلها، والمحافظة على نظافة مرافقها وفراغاتها بتشجيع من مدرسيهم. خاصة وأن دراسة سابقة للباحث أفادت بوجود قصور واضح في معارف وممارسات المدرسين فيما يتصل بالتربية البيئية. 2- إعادة النظر في النماذج المعتمدة للأبنية المدرسية، مراعاة لجودة البناء المدرسي من الناحية النوعية في إطار دراسة الكلفة الاقتصادية واستخدام البدائل المناسبة. 3- التأكيد على توفير قاعات الأنشطة المتعددة الأغراض، إضافة إلى ضرورة توفير قاعات تسهم في التعليم التعاوني على شكل مجموعات تسمح بالحوار المتبادل بين الطلاب أنفسهم

The problem of low motivation among students has become a widespread phenomenon in many classrooms, which negatively affects the educational process. When the teacher finds some students exposed to the lesson lesson, despite his efforts to attract learners to study, must be wondering and looking for the circumstances and circumstances that made this The student stands isolated from behind, and what is the secret in the extinguishment of motivation at the student. Motivation is a subjective force that moves an individual's behavior and orientes him to achieve a certain goal that feels his or her physical or moral importance. This motivation is stimulated by factors that follow from within the individual or the environment. But where is the motivation of those who have allowed himself to stand secluded refuses to participate in the classroom and used to be a listener and only, and this certainly does not satisfy the active teacher, who used to involve all students with him in the success of the classroom educational situation.
