520 |a The purpose of the study: Organizational culture can have an effect on employees’ motivations and efficiency. Therefore, Organizational culture can be used as a tool to increase business performance and help the organization reach effectiveness and success. The aim of this study: To assess the relationship between the Denison Model of Organizational Culture (OCM) and organizational performance. In this respect, the dimensions of OCM were the independent variables and organizational performance was the dependent variable. Research Methodology: A quantitative survey method was employed to empirically test the impact OCM and on performance. Primary data was collected, using the organizational culture survey, which involved using a self-administered questionnaire distributed to 570 employees. Results of 498 employees in Ameri Dewan in Kuwait were analyzed to describe the organization's culture. Regression and Correlation analysis was used as statistical analysis. Findings: Statistical results show that mission had the highest significantly positive relationship with the organizational performance. This research selected sample from one public organization in Kuwait. Future studies could select other public sectors and private sector to compare the effect of the model on performance. This research applied quota sampling procedure, which is the main limitation of study. Practical implications: It is hoped that the findings of the study will assist leaders understand organizational performance practices. Value Added: The added value of this paper is exploring the organizational culture dimension impact on organizational performance and to link theory and practice. To the best of our knowledge, OCM has never been tested before in a public sector, and mainly, in Kuwait.
