المستخلص: In this project, the researcher evaluated the factors of the Job Satisfaction that affects employees’ performance in Salmaniya Hospital in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The factors of the survey were derived to evaluate the level of employee’s job satisfaction in terms of structure & policy, rewards and motivation, training & development, communication and motivation. Questionnaire survey was conducted in Salmaniya Hospital. 400 questionnaires were distributed and 100 were received out of which 80 was accepted for analysis. From the survey results, the Management mostly agree to the five dimensions compared to the staff at the hospital. But it has been noticed that for the dimension Training and development the respondents were similar and the difference was very less. Based on this survey test, the researcher rejects H0 (the null hypothesis) and the researcher accept (H1) hypothesis that the five dimensions Structure and policy, training and development, rewards and promotion, communication and motivation have significant relationship with job satisfaction. The researcher came to the conclusion that the management consider the factors with positive effect whereas the staff does not consider it in line with job satisfaction as its not fully implemented.
