المستخلص: Knowing that the health organization integrates a large number of interacting entities with dynamic behaviors, hospital systems are seen as complex systems. The actors of the system, in interaction with different objectives, generate important information and it is important for these structures to implement an information system. In this context, this paper deals with the implementation of an information system for a health care service. The adopted approach is to design an information system for hospital systems based on a generic representation of a complex system. The contribution of this work allows showing a hospital system as a care production system, regardless of system characteristics. The validation of the approach is made through its application on a case study which is a service in a hospital. The exploitation of the realized information system allows a performance assessment of the service.

Sachant que l'entreprise hospitalière intègre un nombre important d'entités en interaction et munis de comportements dynamiques, les systèmes hospitaliers sont perçus comme des systèmes complexes. Les acteurs du système, en interaction et aux objectifs différents, génèrent des informations importantes et il est important pour ces structures de mettre en oeuvre un projet de système d’information. Dans ce contexte, cet article propose l'implantation d'un système d'information dédié à un service de santé. La démarche adoptée est de concevoir un système d'information pour les systèmes hospitaliers en s'appuyant sur une représentation générique d'un système complexe. L'apport de l'approche proposée permet d'appréhender un système hospitalier comme un système de production de soins, indépendamment des spécificités du système. La validation de l'approche est faite à travers son application sur une étude de cas qui est un service d'un système hospitalier. L'exploitation du système d'information mis en place pour ce service hospitalier permet une évaluation des performances du service.
