المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة ظاهرة التضخم بالجزائر، من خلال دراسة تطورها والوقوف عند أسبابها وآثارها على الاقتصاد والمجتمع الجزائري، حيث شهد الاقتصاد الجزائري تحولات هامة في البنية الاقتصادية والمالية وفي سياسته النقدية منذ صدور قانون النقد والقرض سنة 1990 ، كما ويهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على مشكل التضخم ومحاولة إيجاد الأسلوب الأنجح والفعال للحد منه، إذ قمنا بدراسة وتحليل أهم الآثار الاقتصادية والاجتماعية التي أفرزتها الضغوط التضخمية في الاقتصاد الجزائري، بالإضافة إلى التأثير المباشر على حياة الأفراد العاديين، حيث يمس التضخم المواطن البسيط، المؤسسة، المؤسسة الاقتصادية، وحتى الدولة.

Cette recherche vise à étudier le phénomène de l’inflation en Algérie à travers le suivi de son évolution, ses causes ainsi que ses effets sur l’économie et la société algérienne. L’économie algérienne a connu des changements importants dans la structure économique, financière et dans sa politique monétaire depuis la promulgation de la loi de la monnaie et du crédit en 1990. Cette recherche a pour objectif l’étude du phénomène de l’inflation. Par conséquent essayer de trouver un système adéquat, opportun et efficace afin de minimiser ses conséquences. Nous avons procédé à l’étude et à l’analyse des effets majeurs sur le plan économique et social, engendrés par les pressions inflationnistes sur l’économie algérienne, en plus de l’impact direct de l’inflation sur l’individu moyen, puisque l’inflation affecte non seulement le citoyen, l’entreprise économique ainsi que l’état.

This research aims to study the phenomenon of inflation in Algeria by studying its development and identifying its causes and effects on the Algerian economy and society. The Algerian economy has undergone significant transformation in the economic and financial structure and its monetary policy since the promulgation of the Monetary and Loan Act in 1990. This research aims to identify the problem of inflation and try to find the most effective way to reduce it. We studied and analyzed the most important economic and social effects of inflationary pressures on the Algerian economy, as well as the direct impact on the lives of ordinary people as inflation affects the simple citizen, enterprise, economic enterprise, and even the state.
