الموسيقى فن كسائر الفنون والعلوم، يخضع لقانون التطور الذي يخضع بدوره إلى طرق مختلفة في التقييم نتيجة لإختلاف أساليب التأليف الموسيقي، وإختلاف الذوق العام في تقبل هذه الأساليب، والتطور يعنى التطرق إلى مجالات جديدة لها مبادئها وذوقها وشخصيتها الخاصة. أسلوب التأليف هو ما يتميز به المؤلف عن غيره من المؤلفين، حتى يصل المؤلف إلى خلق أسلوب خاص به فإنه يمر بكثير من التجارب مثل دراسة وتحليل أعمال كبار المؤلفين من مختلف العصور والاتجاهات الفنية حتى يتعلم فهم بلاغة التعبير الموسيقى ويسترشد بخبرتهم في تكوين الشكل. وتعتبر تقنيات التأليف هي الأساليب المستخدمة لخلق وإبداع الموسيقى أو بناء القطعة الموسيقية. مشكلة البحث: وجدت الباحثة من خلال البحث في مؤلفات عمر خيرت أنه بالرغم من أسلوبه وفكره المتميز والمتطور في التأليف الموسيقى واستخدامه للأسلوب البوليفوني والهارموني بكثافة ودوره في التكثيف النغمي أثناء صياغته للألحان الاوركسترالية، إلا أنه توجد ندرة في الدراسات الأكاديمية الغير كافية إختصت بدراسة وتحليل أسلوبه المتميز، مما دعا الباحثة إلى تحليل أسلوب عمر خيرت في هرمنة مقام الشهنازمن خلال مؤلفة (البخيل وأنا) والاستفادة منها في مادة التوزيع الآلي والغنائي. أهداف البحث: ويهدف هذا البحث إلى: ١ - تقديم دراسة تحليلية لمؤلفة (البخيل وأنا) التي قام بتأليفها عمر خيرت في مقام الشهناز. ٢- توجيه أنظار المؤلفين إلى أسلوب جديد في هرمنه المقامات العربية. ٣- الاستفادة من أسلوب عمر خيرت في هرمنه المقامات العربية في مادة التوزيع الآلي والغنائي. أهمية البحث: ترجع أهمية البحث إلى: ١ - وصف للأساليب المختلفة لهرمنة مقام الشهناز عند عمر خيرت. ٢- تقديم دراسة تحليلية لمؤلفة "البخيل وأنا" لعمر خيرت في هرمنة مقام الشهناز ليساعد الدارسين على تثبيت المفاهيم والقواعد الخاصة بتلك المقام. ٣- تحديد أسلوب عمر خيرت في هرمنة مقام الشهنازمن خلال مؤلفة " البخيل وأنا ". بالإضافة لحدود البحث، ومصطلحات البحث، والدراسات السابقة المرتبطة بموضوع البحث. وتناول المبحث الثاني: نبذة عن السيرة الذاتية لعمر خيرت- التأليف الموسيقي- التوزيع الأوركسترالى- المقام. ثانيا الأطار العملي: وقد قامت الباحثة بتحليل مؤلفة "البخيل وأنا" في مقام الشهناز. وجاء في المبحث الثالث: نتائج البحث، توصيات البحث، وملحقات البحث مؤلفة "البخيل وأنا"، قائمة المراجع باللغة العربية واللغة الأجنبية والمواقع الإلكترونية، وملخص البحث.
