يعد الأثاث من الأمور المهمة في نجاح التصميم الداخلي للبنوك، كونه يؤثر على راحة ورفاهية الأفراد، ويؤثر على العملية التبادلية بين العملاء وعلاقتهم في البنك والخدمات التي يقدمها لهم، ومن أهم عناصر تصميم الأثاث الواجب مراعاتها أثناء عملية التصميم هي: الخامات الملائمة واللون المناسب والهندسة البشرية وجودة التصميم، وذلك لتحسين متطلب الفرد داخل المكان الذي يعمل ويتحرك به، فجميع هذه العناصر لها تأثير فعلي على سلوك وراحة ورفاهية وأداء العميل وإنتاجية الموظف. نتائج البحث: من خلال الدراسة والبحث، تم الخروج بالنتائج الآلية: 5- ١) إن استخدام الألوان المريحة والهادئة يزيد من راحة ورفاهية وصحة ونفسية العميل والموظف في البنوك، ٦_ ٢) إن الخامات ذات الجودة العالية والمواد الطبيعية المستخدمة في تصنيع أثاث البنوك تحفز على السلوك الإيجابي عند العميل والموظف معا، ٧_ ٣) إن الحرص على توفير الهندسة البشرية في تصميم الأثاث في البنوك يوفر للمستخدم الراحة والرفاهية وبالتالي الصحة والأمان لممارسة النشاطات اليومية بدقة عالية، ٨- ٤) أن العناية بصناعة أثاث البنوك بجودة وحرفية عالية يزيد مستويات الرضا والاستقرار والطمأنينة عند الأفراد داخل البنوك، 9-5) إذا توافرت عناصر تصميم الأثاث (الخامات والألوان والهندسة البشرية وجودة التصميم) ودرست بعناية كبيرة، فإن ذلك يحفز العملاء والموظفين ويزيد من إنتاجهم وأدائهم وولائهم للبنوك بشكل كبير.
Furniture is important in the success of the interior design of banks, as it impacts on comfort and well-being of individuals, and affects the exchange process between each of the customers as well as their relationship with the bank and the services that are provided by the bank to them. The most important elements of furniture design should be observed during the process are: appropriate colors, suitable materials, high ergonomic and quality of design, in order to improve individuals’ behavior in the place where they work and move. All these design elements have a real impact on behavior, comfort, well-being and productivity of both customers and employees within banks. Research problem; The problem is in the lack of previous research studies to know the impact of furniture design in the interior design for banks on customers and employees, their perception on their behavior, and what impact these elements have on behavior, comfort, and welfare of the employee during his work, which reflects in their relationship with others (customers or co¬workers. Research Questions; What is the impact of furniture design on the customer’s and employee’s behavior within the bank? What is the impact on their productivity, performance and loyalty in banks? What is the role of colors, ergonomic material, and design quality in furniture design in order to raise levels of comfort and welfare to customers and employees within banks? Research Objectives; The objectives of this research are: 1) To know the effect range of the impact of design furniture on customer's behavior and its impact on comfort and profitability and its reflection on the productivity, performance, and loyalty of customers and employees in banks, 2) To determine the importance of furniture design elements (colors, materials, ergonomics, and design quality), 3) To study design problems and solutions when designing bank furniture, Arid finally. 4) To develop a set of foundations, standards, and conditions to be followed when designing bank furniture Research Methodology: Questionnaires were designed and distributed to some groups of customers and employees within banks. The questionnaires included a set of questions about the impact of furniture design elements on the behavior of individuals in banks, and its reflection on productivity, performance and loyalty of customers and employees. In addition, a number of visits and interviews were conducted with a group of customers and employees to examine the Importance of furniture design and Its impact on their behavior, comfort, performance and productivity within the banks. Also, furniture items (old and new) were shown to comparison about their impacts on behavior inside banks. Finally, the results were analyzed in tables to show the recommendations and final results of this research. Research Findings: Through the study and research, the following findings were observed: 1) The use of comfortable and quiet colors increases the comfort, well-being, health and psychological state of the client and employee in banks, 2) The high quality and natural materials used in the manufacturing of bank furniture stimulate positive behavior for the customer and employee together, 3) The care of providing human engineering in the design of furniture in banks provides the user comfort, well-being, health, and safety for the exercise of daily activities with high accuracy, 4) The care of the manufacturing of high quality bank furniture and professionalism increases the levels of satisfaction, stability and tranquility for individuals inside banks, 5) If furniture design elements ( materials, color, argonomics and design quality) are available and studied with great care, it increases the levels of satisfaction of customers and employees as well as increasing their production, performance and loyalty to banks significantly.
