المستخلص: 1- Build a composite test in terms of time and accuracy of performance (scoring from the rolling) for the first class soccer players. 2- Establish standard grades and levels for the complex skill test with time and accuracy of performance (scoring from roll) for first-class soccer players. The researcher used the descriptive approach and the nature of the research problem identified the type of descriptive study with the survey method. The research sample is the part that represents the Community of origin and the researcher has chosen the research community as the players of the first-class clubs in the governorate of Baghdad, reaching the total research community (248) for the sports season (2016 – 2017) In the light of the findings of the study, the following conclusions were reached:- 1. The construction of a composite skill test was achieved in terms of time and accuracy of performance (scoring from the rolling) for first class football players in Baghdad Governorate. 2. Standards and standard levels of complex skill tests have been developed in terms of time and accuracy of performance for first class football players in Baghdad Governorate. 3. Suitability of composite skill tests in terms of time and accuracy of performance for first class football players in Baghdad Governorate. The recommendations were: 1- Take care of the combined skilled test (scoring from rolling) and use it to learn the skill level of the players as one of the means of objective evaluation of the first-class football clubs. 2- The need to circulate the standard tables of the composite skill test in terms of time and accuracy of performance for the players of the first class football club in the governorate of Baghdad, in order to use it for selection, follow-up and continuous evaluation to identify and categorize players ' capabilities. 3- Adoption of standard levels reached through the use of standard tables developed by the researcher for the final Test vocabulary in the process of the calendar and the selection of advanced soccer players.

يهدف البحث بناء اختبار مهاري مركب بدلالة زمن ودقة الأداء (التهديف من الدحرجة) للاعبي الدرجة الأولى لكرة القدم، وتحديد درجات ومستويات معيارية للاختبار المهارى المركب بدلال زمن ودقة الأداء (التهديف من الدحرجة) للاعبي الدرجة الأولى لكرة القدم. استخدم الباحثان المنهج الوصفي كما أن طبيعة مشكلة البحث حددت نوع الدراسة الوصفية بالأسلوب المسحي، أن عينة البحث هي الجزء الذي يمثل مجتمع الأصل وقد اختار الباحثان مجتمع البحث متمثلا بلاعبي أندية الدرجة الأولى في محافظة بغداد، إذ بلغ مجتمع البحث الكلي (248) لاعبا للموسم الرياضي (2016 – 2017) في ضوء ما أظهرته نتائج الدراسة تم التوصل إلى: 1- تم التوصل لبناء اختبار مهاري مركب بدلالة زمن ودقة الأداء (التهديف من الدحرجة) للاعبي أندية الدرجة الأولى بكرة القدم في محافظة بغداد. 2- تم وضع درجات ومستويات معيارية للاختبار المهارى المركب بدلالة زمن ودقة الأداء (التهديف من الدحرجة) للاعبي أندية الدرجة الأولى بكرة القدم في محافظة بغداد. 3- ملائمة الاختبار المهارى المركب بدلالة زمن ودقة الأداء (التهديف من الدحرجة) للاعبي أندية الدرجة الأولى بكرة القدم في محافظة بغداد.
