Administrative creativity plays an important role in the survival of the organization and its development. It is its tool in adapting to the economic, social, technological, political, cultural and other factors surrounding it. It also helps the trainers in facing the contemporary problems and the challenges of the future through the solutions to deal with these problems Through the training of the Futsal Clubs, there were some obstacles in the implementation of the training plans (daily and seasonal) by the trainers, in addition to the emergence of some weaknesses in the administrative coordination of the requirements of their activities during the preparation and competition periods, which led to the emergence of negative indicators repeated and clear between the players and Including the lack of regularity and continuation of the exercises they do not coordinate according to the levels and abilities and aspirations of the players, thus lead to the emergence of overlap in the work and the lack of harmony between the players to each other on the one hand and with the coaches on the other. The descriptive approach has been adopted (by survey method) to suit the nature of the problem The research community was also identified by the players of the provinces of the Middle Euphrates provinces (Babel, Najaf, Karbala, Qadisiyah and Al Muthanna) in the football futsal of the Premier League and the first class (145 players). After all the steps of preparing and standardizing the management innovation scale were implemented, a set of conclusions was reached. Including that the scale of the study is able to reveal the level of managerial creativity, and it became clear that the trainers have distinguished the standard (good) of administrative innovation and therefore recommend the research to The need to develop the managerial creativity of the coaches of the game of football futsal in order to achieve the best results. The need for the preparation of training programs for the management of coaches of various sporting events to train them on how to apply the administrative creativity in the preparation of their plans and management of the team
يلعب الإبداع الإداري دورا مهما في بقاء المنظمة وتطورها فهو أداتها في التكيف مع المتغيرات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والتكنولوجية والسياسية والثقافية وغيرها من الأمور المحيطة بها، كما أنه يساعد المدربين في مواجهة المشكلات المعاصرة وتحديات المستقبل وذلك من خلال ما يقدم لهم من حلول لتعامل مع هذه المشكلات. من خلال الاطلاع على التدريبات الخاصة بأندية كرة قدم الصالات تبين ظهور بعض المعوقات في تنفيذ الخطط التدريبية (اليومية والموسمية) من قبل المدربين بالإضافة إلى ظهور بعض نقاط ضعف التنسيق الإداري الخاص بمتطلبات فعالياتهم بفترات الإعداد والمنافسة مما أدى إلى ظهور مؤشرات سلبية متكررة وواضحة بين اللاعبين وعل منها عدم الانتظام والاستمرار في التدريبات التي يقومون بها إذ لا يتم التنسيق وفقا لمستويات وقدرات وطموحات اللاعبين، بالتالي يؤدي إلى ظهور تداخل في العمل وعدم الانسجام بين اللاعبين لبعضهم البعض من جانب ومع المدربين من جانب آخر. وقد تم اعتماد المنهج الوصفي (بالأسلوب المسحي) لملائمته لطبيعة المشكلة. كما تم تحديد مجتمع البحث بلاعبي أندية محافظات الفرات الأوسط (بابل، النجف، كربلاء، القادسية، المثنى) في كرة قدم الصالات للدوري الممتاز والدرجة الأولى والبالغ عددهم (145 لاعبا). وبعدان تم تطبيق جميع خطوات إعداد وتقنين مقياس الإبداع الإداري تم التوصل إلى مجموعة استنتاجات. منها أن مقياس الدراسة قادر على الكشف عن مستوى الإبداع الإداري، واتضح بأن المدربين تميزوا بمستوى معياري (جيد) من الإبداع الإداري وبالتالي يوصي البحث إلى ضرورة تطوير الإبداع الإداري لدى مدربي لعبة كرة قدم الصالات من أجل تحقيق أفضل النتائج. وضرورة أعداد برامج تدريبية إدارية لمدربي مختلف الفعاليات الرياضية لتدريبهم على كيفية تطبيق الإبداع الإداري في إعداد خططهم وإدارتهم للفريق.
