شهد المجتمع المصري في النصف الثاني من القرن العشرين مجموعة من التغيرات السياسية والإقتصادية والإجتماعية والثقافية وكان لثورة المعلومات وتكنولجيا الإتصالات والإنترنيت ومواقع التواصل الإجتماعي الدور البارز في هذا التغيير، حيث أن تداعياتها السلبية على عالمنا العربي جأت من كونها إحدى وسائل العولمة والحروب النفسية، كما أنها إحدى أهم وسائل القوة الناعمة والتي أصبحت بديلا عن القوة الصلبة في حروب الجيل الرابع ومن أهم الوسائل التي ارتكزت عليها المخططات الاستراتيجية الأجنبية لزرع الفتن وإشاعة الفوضى وحشد الرأي العام تمهيدا لما سمى بثورات الربيع العربي، وذلك لإسقاط الأنظمة وتقسيم البلاد وخلق شرق أوسط جديد يتوافق ومصالح القوة العظمى، ومن هنا جأت أهمية البحث والذي خلص إلى: أ-ضرورة تكثيف التعاون الدولي والسعي نحو تكنولوجيا متقدمة لمواجهة التطرف بكل صورة وألوانه، وتفعيل دور مكاتب الإعلام الخارجي. ب-تشجيع ثقافة العمل والإنتاج من خلال إسترتيجية إعلامية شاملة، مع دراسة تشريعات لتقنين التسويق الإلكتروني بما لا يضر بمصلحة الإقتصاد المصري. ج-سرعة إصدار التشريعات والقوانين التي تكفل للدولة حقها في حماية أمنها المجتمعي من كل ما يؤثر على ثقافة وسلوك وقيم المجتمع. د-الدخول في اتفاقيات دولية من شأنها التحكم في الفضاء الإلكتروني المعادي لأمن الدول، وتخصيص قنوات إلكترونية للرد الفوري على الشائعات التي تؤثر على المجال العسكري، بالإضافة إلى مد وسائل الإعلام بكافة المعلومات اللازمة حول الظواهر والقضايا الأمنية وذلك للقيام بمتطلبات التوعية المناسبة بشأنها. ه-إطلاق قناة فضائية مصرية إخبارية دولية يصل من خلالها صوت مصر إلى العالم.

The negative repercussions on our Arab world came from one of the means of globalization and psychological warfare. Hence the importance of research, which concludedA - The need to intensify international cooperation and seek advanced technology to confront extremism in ail its forms .and colors, and activate the role of foreign information offices B - Encouraging the culture of work and production through a comprehensive media strategy, and study legislation to legalize electronic marketing in a manner detrimental to the .Egyptian economy C - The speed of enactment of legislation and laws that guarantee the state the right to protect its community security from ali that affects the culture, behavior and values of. .society D - To enter into international agreements that will control the electronic space that is hostile to the security of countries, and the allocation of electronic channels to respond immediately tc rumors affecting the military field, in addition to providing the media with all the necessary information on phenomena and security issues in order to meet the requirements of .appropriate education thereon E) Launching an Egyptian international news channel through .which Egypt's voice reaches the world
