المستخلص: هدف البحث الحالي إلى دراسة العلاقة بين الرضا الزواجي والعوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية، واستخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي، وتحقيقا للهدف الرئيس للبحث والذي تمثل في "الكشف عن العلاقة بين الرضا الزواجي، والعوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية" استخدمت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتكونت عينة البحث من الزوجات العاملات وغير العاملات بمدينة أبها وعددهن (400) سيدة متزوجة مقسمة إلى (200 زوجة عاملة) و(200 زوجة غير عاملة)، وتكونت أدوات البحث من: مقياسين أحدهما مقياس الرضا الزواجي من إعداد شنايدر (1981) تم تقنينه على البيئة السعودية من إعداد أزهار السمكري (2009)، والآخر مقياس قائمة العوامل الخمسة الكبرى للشخصية من إعداد كوستا وماكري (1992) وتقنين عبد الله الرويتع (2007) نسخة الإناث، وتم معالجة البيانات بعدد من الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة. وقد أسفر البحث عن النتائج التالية: لا توجد علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين العصابية والدرجة الكلية على مقياس الرضا الزواجي، بينما توجد علاقة سالبة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين التفاني والانبساط والوداعة والانفتاح والدرجة الكلية على مقياس الرضا الزواجي، كما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات الدرجات على التفاني والوداعة والانبساط وفقا لاختلاف سنوات الزواج لصالح من سنوات زواجهن 5-10 سنوات، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات درجات العصابية والانفتاح لدى الزوجات العاملات وغير العاملات ترجع إلى اختلاف سنوات الزواج، كما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات الدرجات الكلية لمقياس الرضا الزواجي وعوامل التفاني والوداعة والانفتاح ترجع لتأثير مستوى تعليم الزوجة، كما توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسط درجات الزوجات العاملات وغير العاملات على بعد الانفتاح وبعد العصابية ترجع لتأثير العمل وذلك لصالح الزوجة العاملة، بينما لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الزوجات العاملات وغير العلامات على أبعاد التفاني والانبساط والوداعة ترجع لتأثير العمل.

Thesis aimed to examine the satisfaction marital in married life in terms of the wife, and the disclosure of the relationship between satisfaction with marital and factors of the five major personality, the researcher used the descriptive approach , and in order to achieve the president's goal of the study, which represents the " disclosure of the relationship between satisfaction with marital, and the factors of the five major personality" used researcher approach Correlative It is a curriculum metadata that is used to study the relationship between two variables or more of the variables of the study, the study sample consisted of wives working and non- working city of Abha and the number of women (400), a married woman is divided into (200 wife worker) and ( 200 wife is not workin, and formed Tools study: two measures Ahadahma measure of satisfaction with marital prepared by Schneider (1981) has been codified on the environment Arabia prepared Azhar Tinker (2009), and the other is a measure of the list of factors the five major figure of preparation Costa and McRae (1992) and rationing Abdullah Ruwiti (2007) version female, and manipulated the data by several appropriate statistical analyses. The study resulted in the following findings: no statistically significant relationship between neuroticism and the total score on a scale of marital satisfaction while there is a negative relationship statistically significant differences between dedication and Diastole and gentility and openness and total score on a scale of satisfaction marital , and there were statistically significant differences between the mean scores on the dedication and gentleness and extroversion , according to the different years marriage, and there are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of neuroticism and openness to the wives of working and non-working due to the difference in years of marriage , and no statistically significant differences between the mean scores overall measure of satisfaction with marital and factors dedication and gentleness and openness due to the effect of the level of education of the wife, as there statistically significant differences between the average scores of wives working and non- working on after opening and after neuroticism due to the impact of the work for the benefit of the wife working, while there are no statistically significant differences between working wives and other markings on the dimensions of the dedication and extroversion and gentleness due to the impact of the work.
