المستخلص: The deviated ideas had activated and diffused in many countries with killing and violence as practical method depending on mistaken doctrinal deductions from the holy Qur'an with aberrant and deviated ideas that are far from Islam and its instructions, causing the death of hundreds thousands of innocents and the immigration of hundreds thousands families under so weak pretexts, once they accuse the other as unbelievers, once another they declare killing the other and seizing their women and properties, hence the researchers have to clarify and find out facts by following the historical roots of the simple doctrinal pertinence and the consequent wide scale doctrinal pertinence with its serious negative effects on humanity in general and on the Islamic society in particular. (Ibn Taimiya) is one of the important figures that had established the deviated thought in the Islamic nation due to his wrong deduction, as it is clarified in his books in doctrine and jurisprudence. So, the aim of this research is to cooperate with the previous research efforts to disclose the pertinent doctrines and to keep the holy Qur'an far from the false and wrong thoughts and ideas. The study includes four chapters; each with to topics. The titles of the four chapters are: - (The historical roots of the doctrinal deviation), (Ibn Taimiya; his personality and deviation), (Ibn Taimiya deviation and its jurisprudential effects) and (The fatawa of Ibn Taimiya and their effects on the rise of the disbelieving thought), respectively. In the conclusion, the researcher presents the most important results concluded by this study, following by the bibliography. Asking His Almighty God to accept this effort as an attempt to reveal facts.
