|a Speeches of the infallible Imams (P.U.Th) represent an important intellectual heritage for each scholar in the different fields of knowledge like jurisprudence, hagiography, grammar, interpretation and history. These speeches became study subjects. Ahlul-Bait texts that deal with defaming some narrators were the motive of selecting this subject (The Defamed Narrators in the Narrations of Ahlul-Bait (P.U.Th), a Study and A Lexicon) to throw light on such narrations that are scattered within the books without been studied deeply. The history of Ahlul-Bait (P.U.Th) has a great number of the critical and serious conditions, on the Islamic level in general under the deviations and changes after the death of prophet Mohammed (P;U;H), and on the doctrinal level in particular due to their effect on those who had lived in that dark and injustice era of the Abbasside and Umayyad history. So this study is to define the narrations of Ahlul-Bait (P.U.Th) that defame some narrators, showing the hagiographers opinions upon those narrations and those narrators to prove their agreement or disagreement according to the narrators chain and the texts. The study is dived into different topics: - The first topic: - defaming and its synonyms in linguistics and traditions, showing its effects in the legislation resources and the Islamic heritage in the holy Qur'an and prophetic tradition, and the history of defaming and invalidation for the sunni and Immami shii scientists. The second topic: - defaming and its reasons for Ahlul Bait (P.U.Th): deviation and changing mind, doctrine corruption and leaving the method of changing, and the political and doctrinal attitudes diversity. The third topic: - is a biography of the defamed narrators; it includes shii narration and some of the great narrators who were liars, exaggerators and corrupters in their doctrine. Throughout this study the researcher obtain a number of results that could be summarized as following: - 1- On the social level, defaming is to consider the decent and to reject the testimony. As a hadithi term it is to consider the chain and the text, that is to say a slandering, it is more general than invalidating where it is only the text that would be rejected, while for defaming the narration or the text would be accepted if the narrator had an accepted doctrine. 2- The effect of defaming were detected in the holy Qur'an and the prophetic tradition. In the holy Qur'an, it was found as terms that defamed some person who had lived with the prophet Mohammed (P.U.H), showing the spiritual and material damage by his folk and tribe. It was also found in the biography of prophet Mohammed (P.U.H) which covered all the Muslims' life aspects. 3- Defaming includes all the deviating ideas of the corrupted sects such as Al-Ghaliyah, Al-Yezidiyah, Al-Fathiyah and Al-Isma'iliyah. 4- Defaming includes some of the greatest narrators and the Imams companies so as to purify the sect and maintaining the establishment of Imamate.
