|a This research entitled (argument at summarization explanations) the summarization means as familiar – summarization of sciences key for Sikaki – that Qazwinin orator got up, this summarization has deliberated many, some printed, some written, but the study has depended the printed explanations, definitely what named (origins explanations) which are (clarifications in rhetoric) Qazwinin orator and (brides of weddings at explanations of Summarizations key) for Bahaa Al-Deen Al-Subki, (brief of sciences key explanations) for Saad Al-Deen Al-Tiftazani, these explanations are approximating timely which belongs to eight A.H. century in addition to its curriculum approximately, its name as origins explanations related to its acknowledgement value that characterized with that excelled on other explanations that Dr. Ahmed Matlob has perceived but he has added (Mawhib Al-Fatah in Summering Al-Maftah) for Ibn Yqob Al-Maghribi even though this Book not for briefing summarization for Saad, which has clarified Al-Maghribi himself at his book introduction , on path of Dr. Matlob followed Sabir Al-Habasha, he added also (Al-Dasoqi footnote on Saad summarization of Summarization of key) the book is not for summarization as showed in its title I don't know why he added? This study has definitely refused the viewpoint that given to the teaching texts not as argument concepts that guided to rhythm but it preoccupied with coverage teaching profession which has any relation to rhythm dimensions, in a time this study the viewpoint that made the rhetoric as speech caring of language form only as the images and methods of speaking production. Hence this study has tried approaching the teaching texts represented by summarization explanations on documentary view recently care of discovery argument dimensions that available for western doctrine, as style of understanding, firstly perceptional for data of argument, secondly doctrine seeking to discover what may furtively achieve the convinced profession, due to the multiply convince mechanisms available in Arabic rhetoric and explainers have benefit of.

|a The nature of the subject required to put a plan axing around four chapters and conclusion. the first chapter was as establishing chapter fro (argument theory, origin and extensions) this needed to return to beginnings of argument as (argument concepts in old Greek manuscript), where I spoke about the sophisticated movement contributions entitled (sophisticates and the birth of argument) then I deal with (Aphlaton and argument direction) then (proposal of argument for Arsto after that I talked about (formation of argument and the Arabic rhetoric) in this point the research has cared of (the double rhetorical style and the argumentations of Wahab author), then (the activation of the deduction at Al-Sakanini doctrine) then I started up to deal with the most important theories of argument at the modern western lessons which are: (the rhetorical argument theory at Watikta & Berman), the theory languages of argument for Deklo and Wascomps) in fact there many theories caring of argument as (argument theory for Tolman) but it is near to argument to argument, also (theory of Al- argument for Mayyer) but it's as extract from the efforts of Berman and Watikta, for what have relation with the contemporary Arabic studies contributions, they never be out of this uniform of theories. The second chapter was for (arguments semi-logic) which are (contradictory and non-conformity, exchange and exceeding, dividing and globalism then the third chapter showed (the actual arguments on the reality) which are the causality, the objectivity, the direction, the possibility and the dispersal, for the fourth chapter which included (the establishing arguments for the reality, or found the reality by the special means, where I treated (the witness argument that divided into five sections: Koran evidence, formability argument, poesy, proverbs, the famous men sayings. Then dealing with (measurement argument) with its two sections: oratory, representation. for the conclusion it has included the most important results as no depend on the viewpoint that refuse the teaching text on means and argument mechanisms that aim to convince the receiver, and no convince of the viewpoint of the linguists that care of form of language only, what have of advantages and ways to achieve the sayings without reliance on the convincement profession, of the results also whom believe of the rhetoric for the argument benefits argument meaning that the rhetoric by argument view point included the poem and the summarization published double rhyme, the poem or summarization have enjoyment or passivity on enjoyment sides, this prevail not defeat the central meaning, some of these achievements that man writers have believed that the theory of Ibn Wahab to aim to convince dimension, that’s mean the rhetoric with its sections aim to showing one of the phenomena, the other: internal, the external for him have any reason for concluding or allege, he is attended without contradiction, these researchers or manufacturers to the internal section, it is in need to educe on it and argument by.
