المستخلص: The appearance of a new kind of story like the very short story in the contemporary Arabic narrative blog, and that means the birth of problematic that yields to taking into this new kind of story. from where questioning the motives that paved to this kind of appearance whether it was external or internal motives from its jittery beginnings to the authenticity stage, and extrapolating critic interventions that accompanied its fords stability of a narrative kind involving essence and identity of its own from where the characteristics , features and techniques that differentiates from other kinds of literature like the short story and prose poem the researcher benefited from these intervention that left an open horizon for new readings and the researcher took a plan to answer through the questions that the research sought to prove and the detection of the construction systems plus the significance product mechanism benefiting from the semiotic approach in search of two format branches each branch has three chapters, the first chapter contains external construction systems and it concerns problematic term and the becoming type. the second chapter concerns psychological, ideological and social motives and its role in forming the visions and subjects the third chapter read the threshold scripts building system and its importance for guidelines for text lighting and encryption, as for the second chapter it contains the internal construction systems, first of all the linguistic construction described as a drafting pattern, and a texture expression of the tale content, secondly the narrative construction that’s searchers in the content if this construction, and the narrative properties that recognize it from events, personalities and space between the time and place, and the third chapter it stops on the most important techniques that contributes in forming its text features, and significance product like paradox, intertextuality, formats and coding.

After that comes the conclusion to reduce the most important results that the study has reached , that described it as a serious try to add a new vision, or lighting that’s overlooked by former researchers, or confirmation on what they concluded of criticism facts that concerns this type of short narrative, and that is :- One:- The very short story managed after a long journey of continuous experimentation to be a narrative type that has its own characteristics that distinguish it , like it being very brief straight and bold. Two:- During its originality it was influenced by two reference the first one was western leaded by the French attempt by Natalie Sarut while the second reference was Arabic created by Arabic narrative patterns. Three:-It represents the intensive tale tendency, the most important quality characteristics is that it’s the only one that doesn’t belong to a type and it is formed by minor internal incentives. Four:-internal and external structure systems mutually supportive among themselves to produce significance and intensify it the distribution and the replacement hub, it also prevent the event from fragmentation and compresses the narrative distance between initialization and the horizontal bar structure. Five:- Despite the attempts to marginalize it , and the criticism directed to it , the very short story continued its development career , by originating its poetry in a writing for depending on the tense snapshot, and reduces its components at the center of the plot. Six:- Despite its shortness it also managed to accommodate the concerns of the nation and the major humanitarian issues , and is criticizes reality in serious vision that reflects the state of crisis awareness.
