تأملات في بعض مشكلة فلسفة الأخلاق: قضية مجالها وحدودها

تتناول هذه الدراسة تحديد مصطلح مجال أو نطاق فلسفة الأخلاق والتعرف علي القضايا التي شغلت فلاسفة الأخلاق الذين تناولوا الفلسفة الأخلاقية، وذلك لأن الفلسفة الأخلاقية أخذت مكاناً بارزاً عن طريق تعاليم سقراط بواقع أنه أوائل من أهتموا بدراسة السلوك الإنساني. هدف هذه الورقة هو تبيان بعض الملامح العامة للوعي الأخلاقي، والمعضلات والمشكلات التي تحيط بمهمة تحديد ذلك المجال. وتتمثل أهمية هذا البحث في تحديد مجال أو نطاق فلسفة الأخلاق من حيث نشأتها وما أرتبط بها من تبدلات والأمر الآخر كيف نحدد بصورة قاطعة وموضوعية ما هو داخل مجال الأخلاق وما هو خارجها، وعرضنا لا يعني أنه المدخل الوحيد لهذه الدراسة ولكنه أحد المداخل لدراسة الأخلاق وفيه بعض الجوانب المهمة الشئ الذي يجعلنا نوليه هذا الاهتمام من بحثنا. وتوصل الباحث في هذه الدراسة إلى نتائج مهمة منها، إن المصطلح عبر تاريخه يكتسب معاني ويتداخل مع تصورات مختلفة، فلا يمكن أن نغفل هذا الأمر عند إرادة التحليل، بل علينا أن نحدد المعنى الذي نريده بمعنى أن الأحكام الأخلاقية لا تنطبق على كل أنماط السلوك، وان البعد الأخلاقي من السلوك هو خاصية فريدة يتميز بها الكائن الإنساني، إذ أننا لا نطلق أحكاماً خلقية على السلوك الحيواني، ولا على الأحداث الطبيعية التي لا تنتج عن فعل الإنسان . إن السلوك الأخلاقي كان موجوداً وثابتاً في أزمان بعيدة، وعلى فترات تاريخية اندثرت. وما يبرهن على وجود الأخلاق أيضا هو مفهومنا وتأكيدنا على تطور الأخلاق ، بمعنى أن تدرج الوعي الخلقي مر بمراحل تطور متعددة ، ما يبرهن بديهياً على وجود فعل أخلاقي، مع الاعتبار أن المقصود هو السلوك أو الفعل الذي يؤدي إلى التمييز بين (الخير والشر). This study tackled the determination of the field or scope of moral philosophy and to investigate the issues which preoccupied moral philosophers who considered moral philosophy. This is because moral philosophy occupied a prominent poison through the teaching of Socrates because he is the first one who is interested in the study of human conduct. The objective of this study is the exposition of some general features of moral consciousness and the dilemmas and problems which surrounded the task of determination of this field. The importance of the research is manifested in the determination of the field or cope of moral philosophy, in terms of its emergence and the alterations witch are associated thereto, besides, how can we determine in a conducive and objective manner what is inside the field of morals and what is outside them. However our presentation does to mean that it is the only approach to this study, nevertheless it in one of the approaches for the study of morals and it includes some important aspect which induced us to devote this care thereto in our research. The researcher arrived to important findings in this study and among them is that the term acquires meanings and assumes different conception hence we cannot ignore this issue when we embark on the analysis, rather, we should determine our intended meaning, in the sense that moral judgment are not applicable to all types of conduct and that the and the moral dimension of conduct is a unique attribute by which the human is characterized, a we do not apply moral judgments an animal conduct, and nor to the natural incidents which are not ensuing from the human action. Moral conduct is definitely existing for a long time ago, and during by gone historical periods. However, the existence of morals is also proved by our concept and confirmation of development of morals, in the sense that the gradual progress of the moral consciousness had underwent several phases of development, which is an obvious prove of the existence of a moral act, considering that what is intended is the conduct or act which leads to determine what is (good or evil). |
