|a تتمثل الطفولة المسعفة في فئة الأطفال المحرومين من الأسرة لسبب ما والتي تودع في مراكز خاصة بالتكفل بهم من جميع النواحي النفسية والاجتماعية والتربوية وغيرها، والأطفال المودعين في المراكز ليسوا كلهم غير شرعيين بل ينتمون أيضا إلى أسر تعرضت للتصدع بسبب الطلاق أو تعرض أحد الأبوين أو كلاهما للأمراض المستعصية تمنعهم من القيام بواجبهم كحالات الأمراض العقلية أو الأمراض الخطيرة، أو الوفاة مما يعرض الطفل لليتم ويصبح في حاجة إلى أن تكفله هيئات اجتماعية غير عائلته.

|d L’enfance assistée est le groupe des enfants privés de leurs familles, et qui sont déposés dans des centres spéciaux .ils sont pris en charge de tous les aspects psychologiques, sociaux, éducatifs. Les enfants vivants dans les centres ne sont pas tous des enfants illégitimes mais ils appartiennent aux familles exposés à la fissuration en raison d’un divorce ou l’exposition d’un des parents a des maladies incurables qui les empêchent d’accomplir leurs devoirs dans le cas des maladies mentales ou les maladies graves ou la mort , ce qui mène l’enfant à devenir orphelin et qui nécessite ainsi l’intervention des services sociaux autres que sa famille.
