المستخلص: في هذه الدراسة قمنا بدراسة الإدراك البصري كعملية معرفية أساسية لدى عينة من الأطفال المصابين بالإعاقة الحركية الدماغية (IMC)، يبلغ عددها 5 حالات في سن التمدرس، يتراوح سنها ما بين 5 و8 سنوات، وكان هدف الدراسة تقييم كفاءات الإدراك البصري: التناسق البصري اليدوي، التمييز بين الشكل - الأرضية، إدراك حدود الأشكال، إدراك الوضعيات والعلاقات في الفراغ، لدى هؤلاء الأطفال وتبيان نقائص وإمكانيات الحالات في هذه العملية المعرفية ومدى تأثير درجة وعمق الإصابة الدماغية على مستوى الأداء المعرفي الإدراكي للمصاب، وذلك من خلال تقييم أداء تلك الحالات لتبيان مدى نضج كفاءات الإدراك البصري لدى الأطفال المصابين بالإعاقة الحركية الدماغية.

Notre étude vise à étudier la perception visuelle chez les enfants atteints d’infirmité motrice cérébrale (IMC). Nous avons examiné la perception visuelle chez cinq enfants scolarisés atteints d’infirmité motrice cérébrale (IMC), âgés de 5 à 8 ans. L’ objectif de notre recherche est de concevoir, de mettre en oeuvre et de tester des taches d’évaluation de perception visuelle bien précises (la coordination visuo- motrice, la discrimination figure-fond, la constance de forme, les positions dans l’espace e et les relations spatiales), de mesurer le degré de maturation de la perception visuelle afin de savoir si l’enfant IMC a besoin d’une prise en charge ou d’un entraînement et de déterminer avec précision dans quels secteurs se situent les troubles à rééduquer, d'identifier les lacunes et les potentiels dans cette fonction cognitive, de démontrer l'impact du degré et la profondeur de la lésion cérébrale au niveau de la performance cognitive des blessés.

In this study, we studied visual perception as a basic cognitive process in a sample of children with cerebral palsy (IMC), 5 cases of school age, ranging between 5 and 8 years old. The study aimed to evaluate the competency of visual perception: Manual visual consistency, the distinction between the shapes- ground, perception of the boundaries of shapes, perception of positions and relationships in space, in these children and showing the shortcomings and possibilities of cases in this cognitive process and the extent of the impact of the degree and depth of brain injury on the level of cognitive performance of the infected; by assessing the performance of these cases to demonstrate the maturity of visual perception competencies in children with cerebral palsy.
