|f The Arab sky has become open to a dense satellite television broadcast that carries specific projects, targets specific audiences, and tries to influence the structure of societies in order to achieve implicit or visible goals. Faced with this current reality, a state of turmoil and confusion prevailed in official and popular circles. There were many responses and different reactions and attitudes towards the cultural model offered through Arab satellite television broadcasting and the technical and human ability of these means to safeguard cultural specificities in a time of communication, predicting the future, and thus preparing to meet it, and possessing the most important requirements of this meeting, which means owning the Arab project that responds to the data of this future.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018

|d L ’espace arabe s’est ouvert sur une intense télédiffusion satellitaire qui propose des projets bien déterminés, cible un public précis et tente autant que possible d'influencer la structure de chaque société afin d'atteindre des objectifs latents ou apparents soient ils. Face à cette réalité , une vague de perturbation et de confusion a régné au sein des milieux officiels et populaires, et par conséquence une multitude de réactions et attitudes ont été révélés envers le modèle culturel défini par la télédiffusion satellitaire arabe, et envers la capacité de cette dernière avec ces moyens techniques et humains pour la préservation des spécificités culturelles locales dans un monde mondialisé, et prédire le future, et donc se préparer à l’affronter tout en ayant entre les mains le projet arabe qui répond aux exigences des jours à venir.

|a لقد أصبحت السماء العربية مفتوحة على بث فضائي تلفزيوني كثيف، يحمل مشاريع محددة، ويستهدف جماهير معينة، ويحاول قدر المستطاع التأثير في بنية المجتمعات من أجل تحقيق أهداف ضمنية أو ظاهرة. وأمام هذا الواقع الراهن سادت حالة من الاضطراب والارتباك في الأوساط الرسمية والشعبية، وتعددت الاستجابات واختلفت ردود الأفعال والمواقف تجاه الأنموذج الثقافي الذي يقدم من خلال البث الفضائي التلفزيوني العربي وقدرة هذه الوسائل تقنياً وبشرياً على صيانة الخصوصيات الثقافية المحلية في زمن عولة الاتصال، والتنبؤ بالمستقبل، وبالتالي الاستعداد لملاقاته، وامتلاك أهم مستلزمات هذه الملاقاة ونعني بها امتلاك المشروع العربي الذي يستجيب لمعطيات هذا المستقبل.
