المستخلص: Arab and Algerian cinema did not experience a previous critical movement of film art so that filmmakers could overcome the formal and aesthetic obstacles of the image, and thus define the structure of the narrative film in its different styles, as has been recognized by critics and researchers of cinema in the West. Le cinéma arabe et algérien a évolué grâce aux multiples expériences des cinéastes eux –même et non aux visions théoriques des critiques de cinéma, ce qui à engendrait une réelle rupture entre le fait cinématographique et la critique qui repose aussi sur des critères de création et d’évaluation, et avec l’avènement de la télévision le problème de la relation entre les représentations télévisuelles et cinématographiques à pris une importance majeur pour la critique elle-même, étant donnée le flux important des programmes télévisées que le spectateur ne peut déchiffrer qu’avec l’aide d’un spectateur avertit ,et de ce fait il parait nécessaire de créer des spécialités de recherche dans l’université algérienne, notamment les départements concernées par l’art cinématographique et théâtrale et enfin les représentations télévisuelles qui englobent tous les représentations visuelles.
Ce qui permettra une lecture permanente de toute projection télévisuelle par les critiques de télévision et aidera par la suite les téléspectateurs à déchiffrer tout ce qu’ils perçoivent visuellement.


لم تعرف السينما العربية والجزائرية حركة نقدية سابقة للفن السينمائي بحيث يتمكن المبدعون السينمائيون من تجاوز العقبات الشكلية والجمالية للصورة، وبالتالي تحديد بنية الفيلم السردي في أنماطه المختلفة، مثلما تعارف عليه نقاد وباحثو السينما في الغرب، واليوم بعد مرور ما يزيد على قرن من الزمن من وجود السينما، وما يقارب نصف قرن على وجود التلفزيون لا زال الباحث والناقد العربي يولي الأهمية للسينما دون التركيز على المواد التلفزيونية التي غزت الشاشات، ولم يعد بإمكان المتلقي والمشاهد العربي التمييز بين مختلف العروض التلفزيونية من حيث الجودة والتوجهات الفنية والإيديولوجية.
