المستخلص: مر شعر أحمد شلبي بمرحلتين زمنيتين، اتفقتا في الموضوعات، واختلفتا في المرحلة العمرية للشاعر؛ ونمثل المرحلة الأولى ما كتبه في صباه الباكر، وثمانينيات القرن العشرين، وتشمل المرحلة الثانية القصائد التي كتبها في بداية الألفية الثانية.
ويهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة تفاصيل هاتين المرحلتين، ومن ثم تطور القصيدة - التي تعبر عن تجربة الإنسان المعاصر مهما تشابكت أو تعقدت عنده.
وقد جاء البحث في تمهيد وثلاثة مباحث وخاتمة، تناول المبحث الأول: المرأة عند أحمد شلبي، وضم ثلاثة اتجاهات، صور الاتجاه الأول: موقفه من المرأة؛ فنراه يصفها وصفا عفيفا، بشاعرية مفرطة، تظهر الحب العذري الصادق، ويتميز هذا الاتجاه بغلبة الطابع الرومانسي، والاستسلام لجمال الطبيعة؛ حيث ربط بين مشاعره والطبيعة من حوله؛ فكانت الطبيعة باسمة مزهرة في وجود المعشوقة، وعابسة قاحلة في غيابها.
وعرض الاتجاه الثاني: الحب الثقافي للمرأة؛ فلم تكن المرأة مجرد أنثى يهيم بها، بل أصبحت حلما يراوده، ويرسم له كيانا في عقله.
ورصد الاتجاه الثالث: المرأة قضية اجتماعية، لها مشكلاتها وأزماتها وأحلامها صعبة المنال في مجتمع ذكوري يجحد فضلها ويتناساها.
وهكذا دار المبحث الأول في شعر أحمد شلبي في فلك الأنثى برقتها وعذوبتها وكينونتها وكيانها.
أما المبحث الثاني: اغتراب الذات عند أحمد شلبي؛ فمثلته صرخته مدويا ليطلق أناته الخاصة الحبيسة، بوصفه شاعرا يعيش في عالم تافه، يهين الفاضل، ويكرم اللئيم، ولا يقدر الشاعر حق قدره؛ فيسرد- عن طريق قصائده- مأساة الشاعر المثقف الموهوب في عالم شوهه الزيف، ومزقته السطحية.
وصور المبحث الثالث: موقف أحمد شلبي السياسي والاجتماعي، وقد تجلى موقفه السياسي في نقده بعض الأوضاع السياسية الفاسدة السائدة، ورفضه ظلم الحكام، ولكنه اتسم بالعدل في نقده، على الرغم من ظهور بعض المواقف المتناقضة؛ لأنه يلتزم بالصدق، ويقيم الموقف بحيادية تامة، ولا يحكم على الشخص نفسه.
وقد أظهر موقفه الاجتماعي شدة انتمائه لمصر مهد الحضارات؛ فلمسنا كيف أحبها وقدس حضارتها وتاريخها؛ سعيا إلى وصف عظمتها وذكر عظمائها.
وقد اقتضت طبيعة البحث الاستعانة بالمنهج التاريخي والتحليلي؛ لأنه الأنسب لرصد جماليات التصوير الفني عند أحمد شلبي وتفسيرها، وتوضيح ما فيها من قيم جمالية.

Ahmad Shalabi's poetry went through two stages of time; both stages consisted of the same topics, however, differed in the age stage of the poet; The first stage is what he wrote in his early youth during the eighties of the 20th century, while the second stage includes poems that he wrote the beginning of the second millennium.
This research aims to study the details of these two phases, and hence the evolution of the poem — which reflects the experience of the contemporary man, no matter how complex or intertwined.
The study is divided into a preface, three chapters, and a conclusion. The first subject dealt with the woman and included three directions.
The first direction captured his position towards the woman. We find him describing her chastely in an overly poetic manner, which shows platonic and sincere love. This direction is characterized by the predominance of romantic character and succumbing to the beauty of nature. He linked his feelings to nature around him that was blooming and smiling in the presence of a lover and barren and surly in her absence.
The second direction presented the cultural love for women; women are not just a feminine to be adored only but became a dream that he had and painted an entity of it in his mind.
The third direction discussed the women as a social issue, whose problems, crises, and dreams are difficult to achieve in a masculine society that denies her favors and turns his back on.
Thus, the first chapter of Ahmad Shalabi's poetry revolved around the subject of the woman with her softness, sweetness, existence, and her being.
The second chapter discusses the alienation of the self-represented by his loud cry to release his inmate anguish, as a poet living in a petty world that insults the virtuous, honors the mean and does not give the poet his worthy right, thus he retells the tragedy of the cultured and talented poet in a world that is mutilated by falsehood and ripped apart by superficial, through his poems
The third subject depicted Ahmad Shalabi's political and social position. His political position was reflected in his criticism of some of the prevailing corrupt political situations and his rejection of the injustice of the rulers, but he was characterized by fairness in his criticism despite the emergence of some contradictory positions; because he adheres to honesty, evaluates the situation with complete neutrality, and does not judge the person himself.
His social position has shown his strong sense of belonging to Egypt, the cradle of civilizations; we can see his love towards Egypt as he sanctified its civilization and history; in an attempt to describe its greatness and remembers its nobles. The nature of the research has necessitated the use of historical and analytical methods because it is best suited to monitor and interpret the aesthetics of Ahmad Shalabi's artistic photography and to clarify its aesthetic values.
