|b Algeria, Like the majority of states in the world, has sought to give woman the effective status they deserves in society, considering here as an essential partner in building a civil and modern state, and an effective contributor to devoting the state of law and rights, due to the high capacities and competencies that the woman enjoy, consequently the parity principle was constitutionalized in Algeria on 2016, as a new mechanism that the constitutional founder tries thought it to re-establish the status of the Algerian woman, and promoting their role in the different areas of life.

|a سعت الجزائر على غرار أغلب دول العالم إلى إعطاء المرأة المكانة الفعالة التي تستحقها في المجتمع، باعتبارها شريكا أساسيا في بناء دولة مدنية حديثة، ومساهما فعالا في تكريس دولة الحق والقانون، وهذا نظرا لما تتمتع به المرأة من قدرات وكفاءات عالية، وعليه تمت دسترة مبدأ المناصفة في التعديل الدستوري لسنة 2016 كآلية جديدة، يحاول من خلالها المؤسس الدستوري إعادة بعث مكانة المرأة الجزائرية وترقية دورها في مختلف مجالات الحياة.
