عنوان البحث: الزيادة على النص قواعدها وضوابطها عند الحنفية. التعريف بموضوع البحث: البحث يحاول وضع ضوابط التعامل مع قضية "الزيادة على النص" عند الحنفية، وهي مسألة خلافية بين الحنفية والجمهور، تبنى عليها عدد من المسائل الفقهية. أهداف البحث ومشكلته: يهدف البحث إلى توضيح جوانب غامضة حول قاعدة "الزيادة على النص"؛ لا سيما معالجة ما اشتهر في الأوساط العلمية، ودعمته الكتابات المجملة في كتب كثير من الأصوليين: أن الحنفية ردوا كثيرا من أخبار الآحاد، بناء على قضية الزيادة على النص. يكشف البحث عن مناهج وآليات تعامل الحنفية مع هذه القاعدة، ومن ثم صياغة تلك المناهج وتلك البنية التعاملية في ضوابط محددة، تجمع الجوانب المتعددة للرؤية الفقهية والأصولية الحنفية. أضف إلى ذلك أن ثمة فروع ومسائل ادعى فيها أنها خرمت القاعدة لدى الحنفية؛ وأنهم لم يطردوا في تقعيدهم المتعلق بالزيادة، من خلال هذه الضوابط تتبين تلك الشروط والقيود التي أغفلها المعترض.
Definition of research topic: An attempt to establish principles to deal with the issue of "adding to the Quran", which is a contentious issue between the Hanafi School and the others. Resulting into a number of some other jurisprudential issues. Research objectives: The research aims at to clarify the ambiguities regarding the principle "adding to the Quran"; especially solving the aspect which has become famous in the scholar community, and supported by the literature in the books of many of the fundamentalists that Hanafi school has rejected many of the solitary traditions, based on the issue of 'add to the text of Quran'. This research discloses the methods and mechanisms Hanafi School follows to deal with the above issue, and formulates these approaches and methods into specific rules and principles, combining the multi-vision jurisprudential aspects and fundamentals of Hanafi School. In addition to, this is alleged that there are branches and issues where this rule has been violated in the Hanafi School; and they are not applying it to all the places equally. through these principles it identifies those conditions and restrictions which were overlooked by the critic.
