المستخلص: 1- يهدف البحث إلى مسألة الصلاة في توسعات الحرم المكي المعظم وما جاوره من مباني وطرقات.. 2- يزيل الباحث إشكال حرص المصلين في المسجد الحرام عن عتيق الأماكن المقدسة ليصلوا فيها دون الزيادات والتوسعات المبنية في المسجد الحرام، فهم يتأخرون-أو يتقدمون-بحثا عن قديم الأماكن دون حديثها. 3- تبرز أهمية البحث في إزالة مشقة الزحام المشتد والحاصل لكثير من الوافدين من الحجاج والمعتمرين وزوار البيت الحرام. 4- يثبت البحث ثوب أجر صلاة الجماعة لمن صلى مع بعد الصف وانقطاعه للجموع التي تصلي بعيدا عن اتصال الصفوف أوقات الزحام، وبه تحفظ أرواح زوار البيت-لا سيما المرضى وكبار السن-من وطأة الزحام ومفاسده الجسيمة، ويطمئنون في أداء الصلوات حيث يمكنهم فعلها في ساحات الحرم أو في الأماكن التي بعد الساحات مما يلي الطرقات. 5- يستوعب البحث الأحاديث والآثار الواردة للنظر في هذه المسألة مع بيان درجتها صحة وضعفا مع نقل مذاهب أهل العلم فيها. 6- يشمل البحث بيان فروع مسائل ومذاهب العلماء فيها ليتضح من خلاها التصور التام لجوانب هذه المسألة الحادثة، مع مقدمات وتوطآت تكمل فكرة البحث وتوضحه. 7- هذا البحث وإن كان في ساحات الحرم المكي إلا أنه يقاس عليه ما يماثله كالمسجد النبوي والمسجد الأقصى وغيرهما إن وجدت العلة فالشريعة لا تفرق بين المتماثلات.. والله أعلم.

1- This research aims to the matter of Prayer in the courtyards and expansions of the sacred mosque and the nearby buildings and roads. 2- The Resaercher eliminates the confusion of abidance of congregation who pray in the Sacred Mosque about prayer in the old ancient holy places other than the expansions and the extensions built in the Sacred Mosque. 3- The importance of the research become clear in eliminating the hardship and discomfort of the crowding which happens to most of the incomer pilgrims and Sacred Mosque visitors. 4- The research affirms and proves the recompense and wages of congregational prayer for people whp pray away in lines separated and non in contact at times of crowding which saves souls of people particularly old and sick people who can be assured to do their prayers in the courtyards or the areas beyond them. 5- The research accommodates the incoming converses (Hadiths) and the preservations to look in this issu with demonstration of the degree of their weakness or rightness and authenticity and transcribing scholar doctrines. 6- The research includes demonstration of the branches of the scholars’ doctrines in the concerned issues to be obvious through it the perfect perception to all aspects of this issue with prefaces which integrate the idea of the research and clarify it. 7- This research even though is about the Sacred Mosque but it is fit for the other similars like the Prophetical Mosque , the Aqsa Mosque and any others in case the same issue was present , because islamic legislation does not differentiate between similarities.
