الحمد لله رب العالمين، وصلى الله وسلم على نبينا محمد، وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين. أكد الشرع المطهر على الحفاظ على المال، بصرفه فيما ينفع الإنسان في دينه ودنياه، والمنع من أي وسيلة فيها الضرر أو الإضرار بالنفس أو بالغير ومن أشد تلك الوسائل التي لها شيوع في الطبقات الاجتماعية الغنية أحيانا، والفقيرة أحيانا أخرى، إهدار المال بالإسراف والتبذير وفي هذا البحث نتناول ظاهرة الهدر المالي في الأسرة؛ بإيضاح واقعها وأحكامها الشرعية الأمر الذي أرجو أن يسهم في الحد منها، إن شاء الله تعالى ومن ذلك بيان المقصود بالهدر المالي وأحكام صور الهدر ومنها تأثير هدر الزوجة أو القريب للمال بزيادة إنفاقهم عن الواجب لهم، وكذلك أثر الهدر في استحقاق الأسرة للزكاة، وأثر الهدر في الضيافة الواجبة كما تناول حكم الحجر على المهدر للمال، وتم ختمه ببيان الواقع المعاصر للهدر في الأسرة.
Praise to Allah, Lord of the worlds, and peace be upon prophet Mohammed his family and his companions. Shura cleanser assures the keep of money, and spends it on person's own benefit towards his religion and life. And forbid any mean that may cause damage or damages upon himself or others. The strongest mean, among all other means is commonly exist in the upper social class as well as in the lower one. Financial drain through profusion, in this research discussed as a phenomenon in the family and explain its existence and legal judgments. The researcher hopes that, this research will contribute in decreasing this phenomenon, God willing. The research explains what is meant by financial drain and its judgments which are representing in different faces. For example, the wife's financial drain. That's the overuse of money. Furthermore, the effect of financial drain on the family merit of Zakat. The research also, reveals the effect of financial drain on the hospitality, and the detention judgment of the financial drain. The research ends with the contemporary financial drain of the family.
