المستخلص: ينهض هذا البحث للكشف عن آليات الحجاج اللغوي والحجاج شبه المنطقي في وصايا الحكماء لذويهم في العصر الجاهلي، ذلك أن اللغة وسيلة تواصل غايتها الإقناع والتأثير؛ أي أن اللغة تحمل في جوهرها وظيفة حجاجية، فالحجاج كامن بالقوة في بنية اللغة عبر آلية تسلسل الطروحات اللغوية، وكيفية اشتغالها داخل الخطاب في علاقة سببية تربط الحجج بالنتائج، وذلك من خلال تشخيص تلك العناصر اللغوية التي استرفدها خطاب وصايا الحكماء لأبنائهم وقبائلهم في (جمهرة خطب العرب في عصور العربية الزاهرة)؛ كي تشكل حجة إقناعية تؤدي غرضها التأثيري في النص. وقد انتظم البحث مسارين، أولهما: الآليات اللغوية الحجاجية، ويتضمن خمسة مطالب هي:( ألفاظ التعليل، والشرط، والوصف، والتوكيد، والحجج بالنتيجة)، وثانيهما: الآليات الحجاجية شبه المنطقية، التي جاءت على نسقين: (الروابط الحجاجية، والعوامل الحجاجية)، وتضمن البحث حديثا عن مفهوم الوصية، ومفهوم الحجاج لغة واصطلاحا، وانتهى البحث بخاتمة أبرزت أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها هذا البحث على هدي من المنهج التداولي، مع ما يقتضيه الأمر من الاستعانة بالوصف أداة للتحليل.

This paper aims at revealing the mechanisms of evidence utilized in the linguistic and semi rational wisemen teachings passed to their descendants and clans in the Pre Islamic – Era. It stems from the idea, that language is a means towards an end, namely persuasion and influence. We speak aiming at influencing. This means that language contains essential functional evidence as a sort of formula. Evidence is contained within the structure of language through the sequence of linguistic entries and how they are used in speech in a causative relation that connects evidence to results or outcomes. This is done through the personification of these linguistic elements used by wisemen teachings to their descendents and clans in (JAMHARAT KHOTAB AL-ARAB FEE OSOOR Al- ARABYA AL-ZAHERA) to constitute persuasive evidence that serves its influential aim in the text. In order for the researcher to present the subject in a clear comprehensive manner, the paper has been divided into two research areas. First of which is: The linguistic mechanisms of evidence which includes (reasoning, the condition, description, emphasis and evidence by result)and the second is the semi-rational evidence mechanism which include two requirements namely (the evidence connections and the evidence factors).these are preceded by a preamble that includes a discussion over the concept of teachings, as well as the concept of evidence linguistically and terminologically. A closing, which includes the most significant outcomes of this paper after following the deliberative and analytical approaches, will follow.
