|a يقول (بول رومر): "النمو الاقتصادي يحدث كلما اتخذ الشعب الموارد ونظمها في الطرق التي تؤدي إلى قيمة أكبر"، حيث ازدادت العناية بالأمن الطاقوي وتنويع الموارد الطاقوية في الآونة الأخيرة، كضرورة اقتصادية واستراتيجية في ظل المنافسة الحادة التي تواجه الجزائر في تصدير منتجاتها من الغاز والبترول، كما توقع بعض الخبراء النضوب الاقتصادي للموارد الطاقوية الجزائرية قبل نضوبها الطبيعي، نتيجة لبروز العديد من المتغيرات المستجدة، لذلك فالجزائر أصبحت مطالبة حاليا بإيجاد نموذج جديد للتنمية يرتكز على بدائل استراتيجية للاستغلال المستدام لمواردها الطاقوية لتأمين احتياجات ومتطلبات التنمية. نهدف من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة الوصول إلى تبني نموذج جديد للتنمية لتحقيق جودة الحياة في الجزائر، وتم التوصل إلى أن تنويع الموارد الطاقوية وكذا الاهتمام باستراتيجية الأمن الطاقوي ضرورة حتمية لتحقيق رفاهية أفراد المجتمع الجزائري وبالتالي ضمان مستقبل أفضل.

"Energy security and the diversification of energy resources have been increasingly seen as an economic and strategic necessity in the face of the fierce competition Algeria faces in exporting its products from gas and oil, as some experts expected the economic depletion of Algerian energy resources before their natural depletion, as a result of the emergence of many new variables, so Algeria is now required to find a new model of development based on strategic alternatives to the sustainable exploitation of energy resources to secure needs and development requirements. The objective of this study is to try to reach a new model of development for the quality of life in Algeria. It has been concluded that diversification of energy resources and attention to the energy security strategy is an absolute necessity for the well-being of the Algerian community and thus ensuring a better future.
