|a يتناول هذا البحث أثر التحولات والمتغيرات السياسية التي مرت بها مصر خلال فترة تاريخها الحديث والمعاصر في الآثار والتراث بشكل عام، مع اختيار المجمع العلمي الذي تم تأسيسه عقب دخول الحملة الفرنسية مصر نموذجا لهذه الدراسة.\nوالذي تعرض لكثير من التقلبات، وصلت إلى حد غلقه وتوقف نشاطه العلمي. ومع التحولات السياسية والاقتصادية التي مرت بها مصر خلال أواخر القرن التاسع عشر والنصف الأول من القرن العشرين\tعاد مرة أخرى ليتصدر الواجهة الثقافية والعلمية في مصر مع غيره من المؤسسات، لكن ما لبث أن خفت تماما مع النصف الثاني من القرن العشرين متأثرا أيضا بالتحولات السياسية والاقتصادية، والتي كانت أشدها وأكثرها\tقسوة عليه الحريق الذي أتى على مبناه وتراثه خلال أحداث ما يعرف بمجلس الوزراء في السابع عشر من ديسمبر 2011 في أعقاب ثورة 25 يناير 2011 م.

|f This research examines the impact of the political transformations and changes that Egypt has undergone during its modern and contemporary history in antiquities and heritage in general by selecting the Scientific Institute established after the entry of the French campaign in Egypt as a model for this study. This institute has experienced many fluctuations and has reached the point of its closure and stopped its scientific activity. With the political and economic transformations that Egypt underwent during the late nineteenth century and the first half of the twentieth century, it again returned to the forefront of Egypt's cultural and scientific interface with other institutions. However, it soon began to fade completely, with the second half of the twentieth century affected by political and economic transformations, the most severe of which was the fire that came on its building and heritage during the events of what is known as the Council of Ministers on December 17, 2011, following the revolution of January 25 2011.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2021
