يهدف هذا لبحث إلى دراسة مشكلة الإدمان وأثرها على الأسرة المسلمة بحيث تحاول أن تقدم رؤية فقهية اجتماعية تربوية للآثار المترتبة على الإدمان، واستخدم الباحثان لتحقيق هذا الهدف لمنهج الوصفي التحليلي، ولمنهج المقارن في بحث المسائل الفقهية ذات العلاقة بأثر الإدمان على أهلية المدمن وعلى أقواله وأفعاله فيما يتعلق بالأسرة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج منها: • تأثير الإدمان ومخاطرة على الأسرة المسلمة كبير، ويحتاج إلى تضافر كل الجهود لمقاومة واجتثاث هذه الآفة بكل الوسائل الوقائية والعلاجية. • تعود أسباب الإدمان إلى عوامل عائدة للفرد والأسرة والمجتمع. • أضرار الإدمان متعددة على صعيد الفرد والأسرة والمجتمع والدول والعالم. • تتأثر نتيجة للإدمان أهلية المدمن مما يؤثر على كفاءته وحقه في الولاية والحضانة. • عدم صحة الأقوال الصادرة عن المدمن طلاقا وظهارا ولاعنا، وصحة أفعاله فيما يتعلق بالرجعة بالمعاشرة. • يفرق بين الزوجين للإدمان بشروط. • للإسلام منهج متمرد في علاج الإدمان يجمع بين المنهج الوقائي والعلاجي. • تقدم المملكة العربية لسعودية إمكانات ضخمة غايتها معالجة هذه الظاهرة؛ بطرائق وقائية وعلاجية مع التركيز على البعد الإيماني الذي أثبت نجاعته في علاج مشكلة الإدمان.
This research aims to study the problem of addiction and its impact on the Muslim family that is trying to provide better jurisprudential social educational implications of addiction, and researchers used to achieve this goal descriptive and analytical approach, and the comparative method to examine doctrinal issues related to the impact of addiction on the eligibility of the addict and his words and deeds in regard to the family, the study found a range of results, including: - Addiction and risks of a large Muslim family effect, and needs to be concerted efforts both to resist and eradicate this scourge in all preventive and therapeutic means. - Causes addiction dating back to the individual, family and community factors. - Damages multiple addictions at the individual, family and society, nations and the world. - As a result of the civil addict addiction affected thus affecting the efficiency and the right to state custody. - The invalidity of the statements issued by the addict divorce and zihaar and help us, and the health of his actions in relation to cohabitation taken back. - Differentiate between spouses of addiction conditions. - Islam is unique approach to addiction treatment that combines preventive and therapeutic approach. - Saudi Arabia presents a huge potential purpose of addressing this phenomenon; preventive and curative ways, with a focus on the dimension of faith that has proven its effectiveness in treating the problem of addiction
