المستخلص: يدرس هذا البحث الفروقات الفقهية في ميراث الإخوة، وقد اشتمل على ثلاثة مطالب، المطلب الأول: تحدث عن التعريف بعلم الفروق الفقهية، ونشأها، وأهميتها، والمؤلفات فيها، والمطلب الثاني: تحدث عن: تعريف الإرث والحقوق المتعلقة بالتركة، وأركان الإرث، وشروطه، وأسبابه، وموانعه، والمطلب الثالث: تحدث عن: الفروقات بين الإخوة، وفيه عشر مسائل: المسألة الأولى: المراد بالإخوة، والمسألة الثانية: الفرق بين إرث الإخوة والأخوت الأشقاء ولأب، وإرث الإخوة لأم من حيث النوع، والمسألة الثالثة: الفرق بين مقدار إرث كل من الإخوة والأخوات الأشقاء ولأب، ومقدار إرث الإخوة لأم، والمسألة الرابعة: الفرق بين الإخوة والأخوات الأشقاء ولأب، والإخوة لأم في الحجب بالفرع الوارث، والمسألة الخامسة: الفرق بين الإخوة الأشقاء ولأب، والإخوة لأم في تعصيب الذكور للإناث، والمسألة السادسة: الفرق بين الإخوة والأخوت لأب، ولإخوة والأخوت لأم في قيامهم مقام الإخوة والأخوات الأشقاء، والمسألة السابعة: الفرق بين الإخوة لأب، والإخوة لأم في الإرث مع الأخوات الشقيقات، والمسألة الثامنة: الفرق بين الإخوة الأشقاء ولأب، والإخوة لأم في حجب جهة العمومة، والمسألة التاسعة: الفرق بين الإخوة لأم والإخوة لأب في مشاركة الإخوة الأشقاء لهم، والمسألة العاشرة: الفرق بين الإخوة الأشقاء ولأب، والإخوة لأم في الحجب بالجد. خاتمة البحث: وفيها تلخيص لأهم نتائج البحث.

The First Requirement: overview of the juristic differences, inception, importance and writings in literature review. The Second Requirement: definition of the inheritance and rights related to succession, pillars, conditions, reasons and impediments of the inheritance. The Third Requirement: the differences among siblings. It includes ten questions: the first question: definition of the siblings, the second question: the difference among the inheritance of full brothers and sisters and step brothers and sisters and brothers and sisters from another mother, the inheritance of brothers of another mother in terms of the gender. The third question: the differences among the inheritance of each full brothers and sisters and step brothers and sisters, the quota of inheritance of brothers and sisters from another mother. The fourth question: the differences among siblings and step brothers and sisters, brothers and sisters of another mother in case of blocking the inheritance in terms of the branch heir. The fifth question: the differences among siblings and step brothers and sisters, brothers and sisters from another mother in terms of the consanguinity of males to the females. The sixth question: the difference among step brothers and mothers, brothers and mothers from another mother like the siblings. The seven question: the differences among step-brothers, brothers from another mother in the inheritance with full-sisters. The Eighth Question: the differences among siblings, step-brothers and brothers from another mother in terms of blocking the unclehood. The ninth Question: the differences among brothers from another mother and step-brothers in terms of sharing their siblings. The Tenth Question: the differences among the siblings and step brothers and sisters and brothers and sisters from another mother in terms of blockage by the grandfather. The conclusion of the research: summary of the main results of the research.
