|a تبرز هذه الدراسة مبدأ مهما، وأصلا عظيما نص عليه الشارع الحكيم، ورتب عليه أحكاما عديدة، وهو مبدأ منع التعاون على الإثم والعدوان؛ وقد بينت فيها حكم الإعانة على المعاصي والمحرمات لا سيما إذا كانت الإعانة بأمر مباح كمن يبيع المباحات لمن يعلم أنه يستخدمها في الحرام، ومن خلال هذه الأحكام ظهرت ضوابط للتحريم عند الفقهاء جعلتها في مبحث خاص، لنخلص إلى نتائج يستعين بها الفقيه ليستند عليها في حكمه على الوقائع التي تعرض له والتي ترتبط ارتباطا وثيقا بهذا الأصل.

|b The study addresses a very important principle and a great origin provided by the prudent lawgiver and shall sequence multiple provisions; it is denying collaboration on impiety and transgression. It states the judgment of subsidy against sins and forbidden matters, especially if the subsidy was for permissible subject matter, for example who sells permissible things for whom is using them for forbidden goals and he knows about that. Through such provisions, forbidden controls have been shown for jurists what made them a special survey, to conclude results could be reliable for jurist in his judgment depending on the recital of relevant facts.
