|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقصي مدى نجاح ونجاعة نموذج التنويع الاقتصادي الذي تبنته الجزائر منذ سنة 2016، وأهم التحديات التي تواجهه، خاصة مع انخفاض أسعار المحروقات في الأسواق العالمية في السنوات الأخيرة. وتم الاستعانة بمعامل هيرفندال – هيرشمان في قياس درجة التنويع الاقتصادي انطلاقاً من تطور بنية وتركيب متغيرين، هما: الإنتاج الداخلي الخام، والصادرات خلال الفترة (2012- 2016). حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه لم يحدث تنويع في بنية كل من الإنتاج الداخلي الخام والصادرات خلال الفترة (2012- 2016). وفي المقابل، يبقى نموذج التنويع الاقتصادي رؤية استشرافية وفرصة للاقتصاد الجزائري للتخلص من المخاطر التي يفرضها الاعتماد شبه الكلي على قطاع المحروقات.

|b This study aims to investigate the success and efficiency of the economic diversification model adopted in Algeria since 2016, and the most important challenges facing it, especially with the low prices of fuel in international markets in recent years. Herfindal- Hirschmann's coefficient of economic diversification was derived from the development of two variable structures: Gross domestic product and exports during the period (2012-2016). The study showed that there was no diversification in the structure of both gross domestic product and exports during the period (2012- 2016). On the other hand, the economic diversification model remains a forward-looking vision and an opportunity for the Algerian economy to eliminate the risks posed by the almost total dependence on the hydrocarbon sector

|d Cette etude vise à étudier le succès et l’efficacité du modèle de diversification économique adopter en Algérie depuis 2016, ainsi que les défis les plus importants auxquelles elle est confrontée notamment avec le faible prix du carburant sur les marches internationales ces derniers années. Le coefficient de diversification économique de Herfindal-Hirschmann à été dérivé du développement de deux structures variables: produit intérieur brut et exportations au cours de la période (2012- 2016). L’étude a montré qu’il n’y avait pas de diversification dans la structure de la production intérieur brut et des exportations au cours de la période (2012- 2016). D’autre part, le modèle de diversification économique reste une vision prospective et une occasion pour l’économie algérienne d’éliminer les risqué posés par la dépendance presque totale du secteur des hydrocarbures.
